Good location near to market which have good choice of restaurants
Rooms are very small and basic
Breakfast is good and overall value for money
Need to improve on cleanliness as rooms have started looking tired

It was good experience with India. Facilities condition was best. Also Restaurant was well organized with categories India & westen style. The coffee station was really excellent, I've never seen it in my life. I think it is traditional coffee style in India. If someone asked me, I will recommend here.

Staff is pleasant and helpful.
The hotel seems to be getting old and worn out (both the infrastructure and stuff like towels and bedding), stayed here earlier in 2019 and the experience then was much better. No slippers in the room, no free wifi. Hair dryer felt like a mouse coughing air out. Some lights in the room kept flashing after Turning off, making it hard to sleep. One star hotels have free wifi in 2022. Dint expect a hotel like Hilton to be charging money for something as basic.

The stay so far has been very comfortable.Glass house downstairs has a lavish spread for breakfast.Mr.Prateek was very helpful with my breakfast order.Mr.Samir was very efficient and quick. In room dining too is very neat and clean………..

Good sized rooms with a very comfortable bed and a nice desk space with top desk chair. Fridge a little small but all amenities decent, coffee cups made from recycled coffee husks are a nice touch. Breakfast has a great selection of Indian and Western options, all staff including Prateek and Sameer were attentive and helpful to find gluten free options. The coffee/juice bar was great. Lovely rooftop with pool and bar to enjoy dinner and drinks on cooler nights. Lifts can be frustrating - small, slow, awkward to use swiping key cards all the time - but it's ***ageable.

This is my first time staying here and I’d definitely stay here again. The staff, atmosphere, rooms and services are exceptional. I’ve throughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms are a great size and very clean. The service provided by all staff was amazing. Poonam always greeted me with a smile. The staff at the restaurant were all very welcoming and friendly. A special mention to Maringo, Samir, Laxmikant, Nitesh, Suresh, Gautam and Dheeraj (and ***y others!) who all provided great recommendations and were very attentive. The housekeeping, receptionists and security were equally great and always happy to assist. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
