Good service in general. Breakfast selection a bit limited could be better. Dosa is nice though.
Hotel bit old but generally ok. Check in and check out processs can be more efficient.

Nice place to stay, location was slightly further away from centre but it was near to my business location. Food was absolutely amazing with good selection, services are very good as well. Rooftop bar was also very nice and prices are reasonable.

The staff there would do almost everything to make the hotel guest satisfied and happy with their stay there. Decently priced for a 5 star and definitely worth it for this 5 star hotel.

Good services overall. There is a bar at rooftop which called Skybar. The view is very good. However, it will become unavailable if there is private party. This is not fare to the customers of hotel because they should have rights for this service as the first priority during staying.
