I wasn't expecting such good service, the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Unlike other hotels here they allot a table for you so you don't have to worry about your table getting occupied during busy breakfast hours.
The rooms were clean and I had a pleasant stay!

Well sized good rooms but some power issue turned lights on and off. The shower also didn’t turn off and was dripping. Location is good though and cheaper to get here than even Aerocity if you are travelling to airport

Very nice food. The chef was simply awesome and her humility is to vouch for. The cuisine was very nice overall and we just loved the entire place. Kudos to the chef!! Also, the deserts were amazing. We loved the one with ***go flavour. The staff was very polite as well.

I'm trying ***y Hyatt these days and found this a nice property as well. They have noce pool, they offer wedding or functions too with good open decor.. i stayed there and the rooms are just super cool.they have good design, furniture and interior. Good use of big room space

Just a SOHO Hotel - Nothing Special about it .. aaaha! I would not recommend this hotel after staying for ***y nights, i felt the rooms are out dated, food especially in room dining has limited options in the evening and food lacks taste and quality for the price borne by the hotel. I had ordered Paneer and Chicken tandoori wherein the paneer tasted sour, as if not cooked at the premises. There no value or being paid or charged for compromising at a place called Hyatt is not justified

It was just not the Hyatt experience. Expectations were not met at all. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was disappointed. It was not value for money.
