"Our stay was in the building opposite the one shown in the pictures on the website. Our rooms were on the fourth floor. There was no air conditioning, and the windows were very high. I asked the reception to open the windows for us, and the staff member kindly did so. The place was very clean, which I appreciated. However, I did not understand why we were asked to pay a €50 deposit. We were told that the full amount would be returned to us upon check-out. They also added a city tax. I told them that I would pay the city tax by card and receive the €50 deposit back. I was surprised when they told me that the deposit would be refunded in Swiss francs instead of euros. They deducted the city tax and returned the remaining amount to us in Swiss francs. I did not understand why this was done this way, and I was not happy with it.additional . The parking was also an additional charge and was not included in the accommodation price."
