The views are absolutely stunning, and the hotel's facilities are excellent. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful. Getting around is super convenient too; it's just a few minutes' walk to Grindelwald station, and the hotel even offers a shuttle service to the train station.

Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

My husband and we stayed in Maya Caprice this June as it was recommended by my nephew who were guests at the hotel last October. We were very impressed as how clean the hotel is. It also has a unisex outdoor spa which you need to put on your swim suit when using the pool. This pool is overlooking the spectacular mountains which was a bonus for staying at this hotel. The hotel is just 3 minutes away from Wengen train station. Super convenient and offers fantastic views of the mountains. Food was nice too. We would like to thank the hotel manager Daniel for arranging a platter of fruits and some chocolates in our room. It was a lovely gesture from the hotel as we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Will choose Maya Caprice Spa Hotel again the next time we visit Wengen.

The room was small but clean. The hotel is right next to the train station exit, and there's a bus terminal directly in front. Just a short walk down the hill diagonally opposite the hotel leads to a hiking trail towards the scenic Grund station. The hotel provided a free bus ticket for one stop, and I took the 123 bus which offered the most beautiful views. The restaurant on the ground floor was very busy, and a thin elderly lady working there was very enthusiastic and nice. It was a bit noisy at night due to many people drinking and chatting downstairs. Sitting on the large terrace on the 5th floor in the evening, enjoying the mountain view, was very pleasant.

Beausite Park Hotel & Spa boasts a beautiful location with lovely grounds, but be warned: the walk up from the Interlaken West train station is brutal with luggage. Definitely communicate with the hotel in advance to arrange a transfer - you'll thank me later! Once you're there, the staff is truly wonderful - attentive, helpful, and always smiling. They are a real credit to the hotel. However, the overall atmosphere felt a little...stuffy. The other guests seemed a bit reserved and formal, which may not appeal to everyone. The spa facilities are excellent and well-maintained. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and top-notch service (from the staff!), this could be a good choice. Just be prepared for a potentially challenging arrival and a slightly more formal ambiance than you might expect.

Every moment here was absolutely wonderful! They were very accommodating with my requests, all the staff were friendly, and the room was quiet, clean, and had an incredible view. The breakfast was also well-prepared, compact, and tasted excellent. It's close to the First cable car, there's a supermarket right in front, and it's not far to walk from Grindelwald station. If I go again, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel. For all the Koreans traveling to Switzerland, if you go to Grindelwald, definitely try staying at this hotel!

I have to give a huge shout-out to this hotel's service! The staff always greeted us with smiles and were proactive in offering assistance, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The room details were meticulously handled, and the soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the next room, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with fresh ingredients. The overall facilities were impeccably maintained, clearly showing the management's dedication. Definitely a five-star experience!

However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The Sunstar Hotel Grindelwald, directly facing the snow-capped mountains, is especially beautiful on a sunny day. Sitting on the balcony eating instant noodles was such a treat! The only downside is the lack of air conditioning; even the fan felt hot. However, there's a significant temperature difference between morning and evening. In the morning, wearing a short-sleeved shirt on the balcony felt cold (around 10 degrees Celsius), but it was hot at night. The breakfast was very rich, and the views were absolutely stunning. The mini-fridge was restocked daily with complimentary drinks, beer, and water. A special thank you to the hotel shuttle driver who picked us up from the train station during a heavy downpour and brought us back to the hotel. Upholding integrity first, this was a very satisfying experience.

The view is absolutely fantastic; you can see Jungfraujoch from the balcony. However, the facilities are quite old, there are very few power outlets, and the lighting is dim. Despite that, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is quite extensive. You can even enjoy the Jungfraujoch view from the breakfast area. Overall, the scenery is breathtaking, and the location is superb, close to both the cable car and the train station.
