1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

AAnonymous UserI was quite satisfied with my stay this time. In terms of facilities, the charging ports in the room were conveniently located, and the bedside lamp had just the right brightness. The hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was clean and odorless, and the bathroom counters and floors were spotless. The service was very attentive; the front desk staff proactively informed us about the hotel's services, and the cleaning staff were very thorough during their rounds without disturbing our rest.

AAnonymous UserThe location is absolutely impeccable, right next to the heart of Xinghai Square. You can walk to Binhai Road and the seaside boardwalk, and watching the lights of the cross-sea bridge illuminate in the evening is incredibly therapeutic.
The room features a German Bauhaus minimalist style, with a sophisticated and timeless gray and white color palette. All the new facilities feel high-quality. The American Sealy mattress is super comfortable, making for a particularly pleasant stay.
The service is truly five-star! The front desk staff were enthusiastic and professional. We arrived early, and they even proactively upgraded our room, which instantly left a great impression. The German beer in the mini-fridge was a lovely touch for a relaxing evening drink.
The self-check-in machine completed the process in just 30 seconds – it was seamless and efficient, combining both technology and convenience.
Breakfast also offered many delightful surprises, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. Freshly made noodles and wontons were wonderfully warming, and there were also German sausages and pretzels, essentially meeting every possible craving perfectly.

I recently stayed at the A-Tour Railway Station Hotel in Dalian and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to the railway station and within easy reach of public transport, making it very convenient for travelers.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which was a big plus. However, I noticed that breakfast options were quite limited and not very varied. Additionally, the dining area often felt crowded, making it difficult to find a free seat during peak hours.
One thing to clarify—Trip.com mentions in-room washing machines, but this is not accurate. The hotel does have a shared laundry room with washing machines, which is useful, though it can get busy in the evenings. This seems more like an issue with Trip.com’s description rather than the hotel itself.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which definitely improved the experience.

GGuest UserBecause I was traveling by plane, I stayed at the Atour Airport Hotel. Because I was traveling with my children, the hotel upgraded me to a family room for free. In short, it was clean and sanitary, and the service was excellent. It is the first choice for traveling by plane in Dalian!

LLeedearHotel is located on Youhao Rd. It's along one of the roads away from the railway station. At night, it can be noisy but not too bad. Best feature of the room: automatic curtains. It gets bright early in Dalian. The free breakfast was very good. Wide spread from local foods to western cereals/yoghurt and breads and a buffet selection of cooked food. Lobby is on 16th floor so u have to take a lift up.

GGuest UserOur room was upgraded at the reception to Suit Room for free because we traveled with kids. The hotel is very nice, the design of room is cozy and relaxing. The stuff is really friendly, there was manager who spoke in English very well. He was professional and very kind. He made our stay comfortable. Chinese breakfast could be improved and include some European dishes.

JjtravelsThis is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick.
I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

Hotel staff were very good and helpful. At front desk no.8 front desk girl give us all support during our stay. Hotel was located at the city center with all shopping and attractions with in 10 minutes drive. We love to stay here again. It was so comfortable and pleasant stay

GGEORGE HARRY MOORCROFTWhat a wonderful place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The pool was a nice size (my kids love swimming) and the gym wasn't too badly equipped. The family room was awesome. The kids beds where a little bit hard but not the worst.
There is a McDonald's and Burger King close by and you are not too far from Russian Street. The only thing they don't have is free parking. All and all very satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future.
