I was in Buckhead area for a conference. And I booked this hotel to stay with a couple of friends. This hotel is new and modern. I accidentally went to a ”wrong” Hampton Inn which is down the street. When I came to the right Hampton Inn, I was very pleased with the service, the cleanliness and the modern vibe of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a hotel in Buckhead area.

The area is large, the environment is clean, very close to the Olympic Park, and there is a Ferris wheel next to it. The room has two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Although I didn't watch TV, it was also very good to pick up the screen and put the extended display.

It was an early flight the next morning, so I used it because it was close to the airport. Breakfast starts at 6 o'clock! There are not many types, but it was good to have almond milk and decaf! The shuttle bus to the airport was also saved at intervals of 20 minutes. Atlanta Airport is quite large at Hub Airport, and even if you leave an hour and a half ago, it is crowded with baggage inspections, so we recommend leaving 2 hours before boarding!

QQinianzhiyangThis type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.

GGuest UserThis Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

LLCHLADYThe location of the hotel, so close to the airport, was perfect. The staff was polite, warm, patient and helpful.
The room overall was fine, but small details need attention - some lamps not working, the shower head was very outdated and water pressure weak, the comforter had a make-up stain. The room was carpeted and hotel carpets are never trustworthy. The room doesn’t provide slippers, so pack your own.
The mattresses and pillows are very soft! Just a note for anyone who might prefer a firmer bed.
The breakfast buffet had a variety of offerings. I’m gluten-free and it was easy to have a filling breakfast from what they provided. The morning breakfast staff was really nice and the dining area was pleasant. The parking area was gated and secure.
If I was judging this hotel based on the personalities of the people who work there, it’d be perfect. But small details and cleanliness in the room need attention.

MMalaika Ball PaigeThis hotel was very clean because it is a new hotel. The amenities were nice. Beautiful picture on tv and a lot of space to store your clothing. However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

LLiz.Y. ChangVery spacious and clean. Had a large refrigerator. There was a small kitchen with a large round dining table under the counter. It can be pull out and the whole family can eat on a dining table! Bathroom was clean and bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner were sufficient. Lots of clean towels! They allowed a family of six to stay in the suite and having free breakfast. It was a little more expensive than other hotels nearby if you only had 2 people to stay. However, it is really a bargain if you have a family of six. There are also dishes and cereal balls on the kitchen shelf. A cute little bottle of dish detergent, two pieces of dishwasher detergent, and a little sponge was even provided. I think that was very thoughtful.

GGuest UserOur stay at the Emory Conference Hotel was not good this stayed. We have stayed at the Emory Conference Hotel in the past and was extremely satisfied, however this visit on April 26, 2023 did not meet our expectations. We didn’t get proper rest because of the loud sounds of drilling and banging on something in another room that was next to our assigned room. The was the worst stay of any hotel experiences, I recommend that maintenance workers should schedule banging and drilling at a time when quest is not trying to rest. I left the hotel very disappointed and very tired, due to the noise that prevented us from sleeping in. The worker started the noise early morning, close to 7:00 Am Disappointed Quest B.
