I stayed at Hotel Sogo for 5 nights and 4 days during my convention at SMX. Overall, my stay was comfortable and convenient. The hotel is near SMX, which made it easy for me to travel to and from the convention. The room was clean and organized. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. The place felt safe and quiet, which helped me rest after long convention days. The food was okay and affordable. The hotel is also near malls and restaurants, which was very convenient. Overall, Hotel Sogo is a good choice if you are attending an event at SMX and want an affordable and accessible place to stay. I would recommend it for short or work-related stays.

As a guest in astrotel for almost 7months straight staying in the said hotel.. I.know and observe Most of the staff and managers they are approachable and kind. That's why I recommend to my friends and colleagues the Astrotel is the most convenient and safety place to stay the cleanliness is also observed the amenities are greatly appreciated strong wifi internet connection hot and natural water in shower. My guest has also observed that the room has no adequate hook for the used clothing and i suggest to put clothes hanger or hook on the wall for the convenient of the other guests who wants to stay. But totally Its highly recommended to travelers and friends. I really appreciate the kindness of staffs and managers like sir MJ, sir Mark Bernillo and sir Jon rie. Thank you for helping my guest.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with nice accommodations, friendly staff, and conveniently located near a shopping mall. Luna hotel has exclusive restaurants felt right at home and highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Astrotel Monumento is a budget hotel located in Caloocan, right by the busy Monumento area and close to the LRT station. Its main advantage is convenience—public transport, malls, and food establishments are just a short walk away, making it an easy stopover for travelers or locals who need a quick place to stay. The hotel is known for its themed interiors, with rooms designed around galaxy concepts and popular characters, which adds a playful and unique atmosphere compared to standard budget hotels. Guests often mention that the staff are polite and accommodating, and the check-in process is generally smooth. The rates are affordable, and rooms usually come with basic inclusions such as WiFi, bottled water, towels, and toiletries. For short stays, many find the price-to-value balance fair, especially given the central location. That said, reviews also highlight recurring issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Some rooms show signs of wear, with broken fixtures, inconsistent air conditioning, or weak water pressure. Others report dust, odors, or even pests, which can affect comfort. Rooms are also small and can feel cramped, with limited outlets or storage space. Overall, Astrotel Monumento is not a luxury or 5-star experience, but it works for travelers looking for a practical, affordable, and accessible place in Caloocan. It shines in location and concept, but it struggles in upkeep and comfort. For guests who prioritize price and convenience over amenities, it can be a suitable choice, but expectations should be managed accordingly.

The hotel is close to the airport. The staff were polite and accommodating. Nearby fast-food restaurants such as Jollibee and Mang Inasal are located just across the hotel; however, you need to use an overpass bridge to get there. I found this a bit scary as there were homeless people sleeping on the bridge. Although there were police cars parked below, I did not see any officers present at the time. The hotel room I booked was quite small and could barely fit my two pieces of luggage, but it was still manageable. The room was well-equipped with a hot shower, towels, toiletries, an electric kettle, and other basic amenities. The only downside is that you need to walk and change elevators on the 5th floor if you’re going to a higher floor or if your room is located there, which can be inconvenient.

The unit is very clean and complete with kitchenwares and appliances such as rice cooker, microwave, ref and stove, even automatic washing machine. I just don’t like the city view due to the school building obstructs the view outside. But other than that it’s a good stay.

This Hotel is so elegant compared to its affordable rate, the elegance of this hotel can be rated 4 stars although they do not have restaurants yet but they have the basic guests needs if needed. Breakfast is delicious though it is plated but the best feature here is their free airport shuttle which they provided when i need to pickup my husband from terminal 1 to the hotel, i will pick this hotel again everytime im gonna pick my husband on his next arrival

The room was so tidy & clean. Highly recommended. Although if your hungry you need to order food, because they don't offer food downstairs. Suggesting to open their mini resto downstairs. So that their guests will no need to go out to look for food. Thanks

Friendlt staff, allowed me to check in free of charge. Pool was free to use so that was a huge plus! Rooms were clean and they had a cleaner to keep common facilities clean. Another huge plus was free cold and hot water and bread with soread in the morning for breakfast. Hotel makes most out of your stay and extremely affordable for its price. Outdoor area has nice ambience, instagramable. 10/10 Would come back and recommend

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.

AaryxThe Studio 18 Residences, Pasig: Review Overall Rating: ★★★★★★★☆☆☆ (7/10) Title: Great Location & Friendly Staff, But Needs a Little Polish When booking a long-term or quick business stay in the Ortigas area, finding a place that balances price, location, and comfort can be a real challenge. The Studio 18 Residences in Pasig is a solid contender that mostly succeeds, offering excellent value for money, but falls just shy of a perfect 10 due to some small, yet noticeable, inconsistencies in the facility and experience. This is a dependable choice—a true 7 out of 10. The Good: Location and Service Are Top-Tier The biggest strength of Studio 18 is its location. It's tucked away inside San Antonio Village, which is a quiet and secure gated community, giving you peace of mind in a busy city. Yet, you're only a short, manageable walk away from major hubs like SM Megamall, Capitol Commons, and Shangri-La Plaza. If you rely on public transport, the proximity to the Shaw Boulevard MRT station is a huge plus. It’s an ideal base for shopping, working, or accessing neighboring Ortigas Center. The Staff deserves special mention. From the security guards to the front desk, everyone is genuinely friendly, accommodating, and quick to address requests. In a large metro, great service makes all the difference, and the team here is absolutely the highlight of the stay. The Rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to newer, smaller budget studios. Many units come equipped with a small kitchenette (refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave in some), a comfortable desk for working, and good air conditioning. It’s a clean, safe, and functional space that is easy to call home for a few days or weeks. Areas for Improvement (Why It's a 7/10) The main drawback lies in the execution of the property's facilities and basic comforts, which occasionally feel a little dated or incomplete. * Facility Consistency: While some units might offer a full suite of amenities, the overall facilities rating tends to lag. Simple things like having a reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi connection that never drops, or ensuring basic bathroom items (like a foot rug or consistent soap refills) are always present, are areas where the residence can be hit or miss. * Accessibility Check: For those traveling with a lot of luggage, prepare to handle it yourself. There’s a noticeable lack of luggage ramps or a dedicated doorman to assist upon arrival, which can be a hassle, especially on check-in day. * Evening Access: While the gated community setting is safe, the convenience gates nearest popular dining spots reportedly close around 10 PM. This means if you are out late, you might have a longer walk back through the main gate, which can be inconvenient. Verdict: If your priorities are location, safety, and having a good, functional space with excellent staff—and you're willing to overlook some minor facility and logistics kinks—The Studio 18 Residences is a smart and affordable choice. It provides far better value than many nearby hotels. It’s not a luxury experience, but it’s a perfectly reliable home base in Pasig. A strong recommendation for budget-conscious business travelers and long-term stayers.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Sogo, and I must say that my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a great choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize cleanliness and good service. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I need a quick and relaxing place to rest.

DDaisy Yong NCMy recent stay at the property was extremely disappointing and troublesome. During my stay, the electricity was cut from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and there was no proper communication from either the management or the owner regarding this. Thankfully, Trip.com assisted me in handling the issue, but the coordination from the property itself was very poor. Each room seems to be in a different condition. Although the room I stayed in this time was slightly better than the one I had previously, the overall experience still did not match the price I paid. I stayed for 7 nights because I had personally disinfected the entire room and preferred to remain there. However, I was still forced to change rooms, which caused a lot of inconvenience. What was most unacceptable was the number of cockroaches in the room, despite being on the 23rd floor. I have no idea how they appeared. But bed sheet and pillows are acceptable in the room.
