"After searching online for a long time, I decided to set this house, and it was really a special surprise after I came. First of all, the boss is a particularly gentle sister, who speaks softly. During the stay, what needs to be delivered, such as umbrellas and clothes, will be delivered as soon as possible. He will also introduce which restaurant around us is a treasure shop, and which sea intestines are cheap and authentic. Secondly, the location is quite superior. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Xinghai Square. Every night, my children and I walk to see the light show and the music fountain. Other attractions such as Venice Water City, Fujiazhuang Bathing Beach, and Fisherman's Wharf are about 20 yuan by taxi. It is also super close to the subway entrance, 5 minutes walk to the subway entrance. Finally, the hotel is clean and hygienic, and the cleaning sister cleans it every day. It is comfortable to live and highly recommended!"

GGuest UserA very memorable weekend trip. I booked a sea view garden room on Ctrip, and the front desk upgraded it to a sea view garden suite for free. It was a 180-degree unbeatable sea view. The afternoon tea snacks and fruits were of high quality. All the drinks in the small refrigerator were free, and the breakfast was also rich. After checking out, the hotel also gave us a gift. I have been to many places in China, and the Kowloon Bay Full Sea View Hotel left me with a very good impression. I hope to have the opportunity to come again in the future. The hotel has an excellent geographical location, with one mountain and two seas, and is very close to the first mountain in southern Liaoning-Dahei Mountain. Across the road from the hotel is Tongniuling, which is surrounded by mountains and the sea, and the scenery is pleasant. In the colorful autumn, between the mountains and the sea, encountering this hotel is the most beautiful encounter!

Very good, considerate, attentive and patient. I didn't want to go out, and they ordered coffee for me and sent it to the room.

The sea is right outside the door, and the balcony is where you can watch the sunrise. The pink curtains, white sheets, and warm lighting are so comfortable.
3⃣️Food
Next to it is Pinhai Building, and there are coffee shops downstairs. You can stroll along the beach after dinner.
4⃣️Transportation
Very convenient, Dalian Station, take the subway, Line 5, and arrive in 3 minutes after exiting the subway.
5⃣️Labrador
The Labrador in the coffee shop is super docile. It recognized me after I stayed there for two days and played with me.
In short, I sincerely recommend it!

DDaria AGreat hotel! The best location! It is located at a very convenient place ( right between XingHai park and Square, super convenient access to public transportation (tram, Metro,bus only 3 minutes away walking). The room is very clean and full of sunshine in the morning, nice seaview. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would love to stay there again.
P.S.: there were some reviews about deposit. During my stay no deposit was required.

the metro station is 200 meter away that is easy
Venice water city is walking distance away which a very nice spot to visit

KKuaileshenghuo-kuailelvxingThe hotel is located in the north of Yinshatan Park, with a garden-style garden. Although the decoration is old, except for the carpet, the facilities are well maintained. But there is a musty smell in the room, but fortunately there is a balcony and the window can be opened. The swimming pool is very good, the water temperature is high, suitable for children. The service staff is friendly. The breakfast is average. If I have time to come to Dalian next time, I will still be happy to stay if the price is right.

KKoshkina AnastasiiaThe hotel isn't new, but it's well-maintained, and the landscaping is beyond reproach! We took the metro to the final station, then a Didi/Alipay taxi. It was 14:00 there and 18:00 back. We booked a very basic room with one large bed, which looked like it was 2 by 2 meters. We stayed in November. The whole hotel was warm. There's a separate area with large indoor pools and slides for children aged 3 or older. The onsen itself is divided into three equal parts: one common area and two specifically for men and women, where swimsuits are not allowed. The common area has two outdoor onsen and a large heated pool. The women's area has a more fun outdoor landscape and baths than the common area. There were always crowds of people there. Sometimes it was children screaming and splashing around. Sometimes it was just peace and quiet. It closes at 9:00 PM, so we were practically alone in the evening. It's a perfect place for autumn! The air is cool, and sitting in the bath by the moonlight is pure bliss!!! There are also separate foot baths outside. They also have a really great atmosphere. We looked at the menu; the dishes were complex, with lots of sauces and seafood. The prices were high, but we didn't feel like eating them. The breakfast was beautifully presented, but rather basic, nothing special. We had the same at the Ibis. Overall, we were very pleased! You could stay for 2-3 days and really chill out, if only the food was more basic or we could get the hang of delivery. We paid 12,400 rubles per night; we were with a 10-year-old child, but he's not very expensive, so there were no extra charges. Overall, it was a great experience for the cold season! We recommend it.

My baby had a lot of fun playing with the ball in the room! Very comfortable stay, the whole family is very satisfied ~

SSpunkThe location was the most amazing thing about this hotel. It's ideally located in the Dalian Business District near the waterfront. There was so much to see near the Venice Oriental Harbor. The hotel is ok if you don't need meals. There's no restaurant so you'll have to order takeout. They do have cup noodles and drinks in the room at an extra cost. Also, the view is nice but only if you're on the higher floors, otherwise, you'll be very disappointed by the sight of the unfinished buildings that interfere with the beautiful seaview. The view is breathtaking once you're on the higher floors. I upgraded from the 9th floor to the 21st floor once I got there. Other than that, they were very accommodating, especially to me as a foreigner who spoke very little Chinese. They added me on WeChat and helped me with everything I need.
