This hotel offers great value for money. It's located right behind Plaza 66, which makes it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Plus, there's a subway station nearby. I liked that the windows open, so the room gets good ventilation and doesn't feel stuffy. It's also not too far from the airport.

Traveling alone to a foreign place can be exhausting and lonely, but at Atour Hotel, I was deeply touched by the incredibly kind and gentle service from the front desk staff. It was truly the most memorable and moving warm moment of my trip. After a long journey, I rushed through check-in. It was only later that I suddenly realized I had lost a precious souvenir charm – a priceless keepsake carrying cherished family memories. In that moment, panic and anxiety washed over me. The feeling of helplessness in a strange city instantly overwhelmed me, so I approached the front desk, hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, the staff member, Qiruo, showed not a hint of perfunctoriness or carelessness. She gently and patiently calmed my distressed emotions, softly reassuring me not to worry. Her kind words instantly soothed my inner turmoil. Following that, she was incredibly thorough and responsible, meticulously tracing my route. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Atour's service is never just a mechanical process; it's a heartfelt empathy and a sincere, warm commitment to treating people well. A seemingly ordinary job, yet through the purest kindness, it warms the hearts of every traveler. This unexpected warmth dispelled all my travel fatigue and allowed me to truly understand Atour's unique human touch. Ri Yue Ming offers excellent service in many aspects. We wanted to stay in a locally-owned hotel, and it turned out to be a very wise decision. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—everyone did their best whenever I asked for something. There are many local restaurants around the hotel, and Olympia 66 shopping mall is right across the road—just a 3-minute walk away. Most of the tourist spots were within 20 minutes from the hotel, and there was a convenience store right next door. I absolutely loved their breakfast and afternoon tea service, which offered a variety of Chinese herbal teas along with plenty of pastries, fruits, and more. If you want to experience genuine Chinese hospitality, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. And the manager (I forgot his name) was super friendly—he’ll help you sort out any problems you might have. Convenient to get around from as it's so close to metro station with a direct connection to the airport. Amenities are very basic. Reception was unmanned when we arrived, we had to make calls to pick up a key card left on the counter for us. No bath towels were provided, only small towels that were changed upon request together with rubbish bins emptied. Rooms were quite sizeable with decent fixtures and fittings, although service leaves to desire more for the money paid.

This was my first stay at the Ji Hotel People's Square, and I highly recommend it! It's conveniently located near the 201 tram, which offers a unique, almost time-travel-like experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian!

The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude, acted like I owed him something. Before checking out, the hotel asked me to leave a good review in exchange for bottled water, which makes me suspect that all their positive reviews are fake. The room decor looks nothing like the pictures – they must have heavily photoshopped them. The hot water was barely lukewarm; it got colder and colder as I showered. Honestly, it's terrible value for money. Aside from the convenient location, it felt more like a budget motel than a proper hotel. Everything else was just very mediocre.

The room was clean and tidy this time, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the location was convenient, and I would come again next time! The room is enough and the safety details are in place. The staff is very friendly, the nearby facilities are complete, and the experience is full!

Highly recommend this place! I've stayed here many times, and the rooms are always super comfortable and cozy. The bed is really big, so I always get a great night's sleep. The soundproofing is excellent, and the Wi-Fi is super fast. The disposable toiletries are very well-stocked. Plus, there's a free robot downstairs that delivers food right to your room, which is incredibly convenient. Definitely worth recommending. I'll choose this place again next time!

Excellent location right in the city center, making it super convenient to get around. The room was bright and airy, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere – no noise from other floors at all. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was just the right firmness for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, meeting all our needs. Highly recommend!

Overall, a good experience. The lobby felt warm and inviting, and the hotel seemed very new. The soft padding on the headboard in the room was spotless. The staff were all very enthusiastic. My family really liked the hotel's decor, and the twin room was great. The shower water was nice and hot, very comfortable. There's a restaurant nearby that serves a delicious pork tripe and chicken dish? I didn't take any photos.
