I chose this hotel because I saw it had parking when I was booking, and I was driving. When I arrived, I found it was a paid parking lot, but guests stay for free – a daily parking fee of 50 yuan, which totally made up for the room cost, LOL! There are also quite a few charging stations, making it very EV-friendly. If you're coming with a car, just book it without hesitation! The room itself was pretty standard for a four-star hotel, comparable to chain hotels, but the price was so affordable. Can I say I got lucky? I booked it and instantly loved it. Next time I'm in Dalian, this is my go-to!

Our family trip to Dalian was made perfect by our stay at the Xingyue Hotel! It's right next to Xinghai Square, and only a 4-minute walk to the metro, making it super convenient to get to the musical fountain and feed the seagulls. The room facilities are very new, with smart toilets and electric curtains, and the underfloor heating was fantastic, making our winter stay really comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, and patiently answered all our questions about sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, with great soundproofing, so it was very quiet at night. Excellent value for money – we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Dalian!

Very nice clean hotel with polite and friendly reception staff. Checking in was easy and fast, shower is big, the room with one queen bed and twin bed was great with a city view. 7-8 minutes walk to the largest shopping mall and restaurants. They have wagers and driers on the 5th floor which is great. We enjoyed the stay.

This is the perfect choice for business trips. It's very close to the subway and Dalian's food street. The hotel's manager, Fangfang, was incredibly warm and attentive. Adding me on WeChat was so convenient; she even sent me the Wi-Fi connection details directly. She also upgraded my room! The room was very clean and odor-free. The south-facing room was warm, and the Wi-Fi connection was fast and smooth. The room was quite spacious, and I especially appreciated the small table – it was very convenient for working. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable – a big thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast selection was also varied, with unlimited options to choose from. The hotel parking lot was also large, which was great!

It was close to Central Avenue on Xi'an Road, and the room was newly renovated, very clean, and spacious. It had a washing machine, which was very convenient. The price was relatively reasonable, so I was very satisfied. I would like to use it again.

I chose the Grey Hotel when I came to Dalian for a trip, and the overall experience was directly full! The sanitation really exceeded expectations. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was white and fluffy, and there was no smell. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. The sink, floor and shower area were wiped clean. The toiletries were neatly arranged, and even the corners were cleaned in place. The corridor, The public areas of the lobby are also refreshing and free of debris. The service is even more intimate, the 24-hour front desk is gentle, the check-in speed is very fast, and I also take the initiative to recommend Xinghai Square and seafood snacks to me. At night, I lack bottled water to call the front desk. The staff will send it to the room in a few minutes. The whole process is patient and meticulous. The location is close to the subway. Traveling is super convenient, cost-effective, next time you come to Dalian will stay here, highly recommended to friends who come to travel.

An exceptionally pleasant stay! I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time! This hotel, chosen for my business trip, was a resounding success from booking to check-out. I had to write a scathing review to share with everyone! First, let me praise the location – it's incredibly convenient! The hotel is near the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Getting to clients' offices and attractions is effortless. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a late-night snack or shop. No worries about transportation or daily needs. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive during check-in. I arrived an hour earlier than expected and thought I'd have to wait a long time, but they quickly arranged a room for me and even offered to store my luggage. Their friendly and welcoming attitude throughout the visit immediately eased my travel fatigue. The room was even more delightful than the pictures suggested. It was more spacious than the room looked, with excellent natural light and a street view from the curtains. The cleanliness was impeccable – the sheets and blankets were spotless, and the bathroom sink, toilet, and shower were spotless, even the corners were dust-free, giving me a very comfortable and worry-free stay. The room was well-equipped, with high-speed Wi-Fi for smooth video streaming and online meetings, a small refrigerator for drinks, and plenty of charging ports on the bedside table for convenient charging of phones and tablets. What I liked most was the bedding; the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillow height was perfect. Even though I'm not a light sleeper, I slept very well that night, without any of the discomfort I've experienced in previous hotel stays. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast deserves special mention! The variety was incredible, with Chinese-style porridge, steamed buns, and fried dough sticks, as well as Western-style bread, milk, and fried eggs. I could have a different meal every day, and the food was authentic and the ingredients were very fresh. A bowl of hot porridge in the morning gave me energy for the whole day. Check-out was also very efficient; I didn't have to wait long, and the staff proactively asked about my stay and if there was anything I could improve. They really cared about their guests' comfort. Overall, this hotel is impeccable in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and service. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in this city!
