The environment was fantastic, with a wonderful atmosphere and a rooftop terrace. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and spacious – the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The bottled water provided in the room was even from Bama Platinum Spring, a truly exceptional quality. Manager Ningning was incredibly attentive; we booked two rooms, and she specially arranged for us to stay together and even upgraded our room type. The entire experience was excellent and a very comfortable trip. Everyone should stay here! I highly recommend it to everyone. It was because of this wonderful stay that we came back to stay here again.

The reception was a bit shabby, but the staff member had a friendly smile. The facilities were decent enough, and I didn't experience any cigarette smoke or issues with the soundproofing. ^^ Also, the location is really convenient. Just outside, there are large supermarkets, department stores, and plenty of small places to eat, so the convenience is top-notch. ^^ I ended up near the train station now, haha, but I want to go there again because it's good for walking around at night. ^^

I arrived around midnight and entered the first-floor entrance shown in the hotel's introduction photo. The accommodations were not independent, but rather housed in building 1001, the first room on the 10th floor, where the management office was located. However, I didn't receive any specific instructions, and since I don't speak Chinese, I explained my situation to the security guard on the first floor using a translator. (The security guard on the first floor wasn't a staff member, but he was incredibly helpful and even called the staff member. I think they need a separate sign or something.) About 10 minutes later, a staff member came down to the 10th floor. Honestly, I was a little taken aback. The staff member seemed to have just woken up from sleep, and without any explanation, we were led down the 10th floor, down a dark hallway, and into a dark room. I was a little scared. (I recommend checking in during the day.) Anyway, in that room, I had my passport and ID card (to indicate my Chinese name) taken for registration, and then I was assigned a room (on a different floor, with a password-protected door lock). The room I was assigned was very spacious and had everything I needed! The kitchenette also had a microwave, which was convenient for reheating late-night snacks I bought from the convenience store just a minute away. (There were no chopsticks or spoons in the room!) The problem was that even though it was a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. ㅠㅠ The bed smelled so musty that it was almost overwhelming. (The sofa wasn't very comfortable to sit on either, but that's the case at many other accommodations, so I'll pass.) In the end, even though it was freezing in January, I opened the window, laid out a towel, and wore a mask to sleep. This place is really good value, and it seems like a perfect place for a group of guys to just relax and use, but the overall management was really, really disappointing. They could use some fabric deodorizer and air freshener, and especially the bed... If they could just fix the smell of the bed, this would be a really nice place. Owner, if you just did a little maintenance, this place would be even better. Instead, please raise the price and pay more attention to cleaning and hygiene!! ★If you search for the English address on Trip.com, the Didi taxi destination may be different!!! Facilities: Fully equipped, but it would be great if they provided disposable toilet seat covers 😔 Hygiene: I personally feel the hygiene is quite good. Ambiance: I'd rather not comment on the ambiance; the decor is off-putting, and the elevator is noisy… 😑 Service: The service is good, and the front desk staff are very friendly 👍🏼

Atour hotel is good if proximity to Dalian Bei train station is essential. It was a 8-9minute drive to the train station. Check-in process was inattentive. We had inquired about our pre-arranged online purchases which were supposed to be delivered prior to my arrival. I had informed the hotel via trip.com app that I had purchased some items for winter use and delivered to the hotel-the front counter staff were not very helpful until Ms Fei Yu 菲羽 arrived. She enthusiastically helped us call the delivery company to enquire the status of the parcels and rearrange another delivery so we received our warm packs on time. She took the extra step to inform her colleagues and even helped us pack an early breakfast on our departure day when we had to catch an early train to Changbaishan. Kudos to 菲羽 and her service excellence!

Facilities: complete, Hygienic: clean, Environment: Good, Service: Very good! The location is very good, the traffic is convenient, the supermarket downstairs, the shopping mall is very good and very convenient, the play is very good, really recommended? !

Compared with several selected this one, the price is right and it really didn't step on thunder! The overall environment is clean and tidy, the corridor is quiet and not noisy, the room is well lit and ventilated, the facilities are intact and complete, and the details are particularly well cleaned. The service attitude is particularly intimate, and the needs are responded in time, and the living is particularly comfortable. The price is also very close to the people, whether it is a business trip or a tourist stay, it is suitable, it has been collected, and I will live in the future!

The stay at the all-season hotel is as good as ever, with stable quality and reassuring. The lobby is simple and elegant oriental aesthetic style, bamboo and wood color with soft lighting, Zen tea fragrance is very healing, and it feels relaxed as soon as you enter the door. The front desk service is warm and efficient, the check-in is fast, and the tea is intimate. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep is excellent; the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is stable, and the quality of toiletries is online. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and the freshly cooked dumplings and Wuchang rice porridge are very warm. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, the price is high, the business or travel are suitable, and the whole season is selected next time.

The newly opened Orange Cafe has amazing service! The staff are all so welcoming. The rooms are super new and clean. It's very close to the subway station and right across from MixC shopping mall with lots of great food options. I'll definitely come back next time!

Overall, it was quite a wonderful stay. 3 nights on the trot. Holiday mode. The room is well arranged and has a good city view both at daytime and even better at night. However, personally, for longer stays, an upgrade is more suitable. More likely. The washroom door didn't lock properly at first, the shower head was bent at an angle. And the attitude of the owner was a little less welcoming than one would have thought. I arrived around 9 pm and was famished but I was given confusing instructions instead of everything at the beginning of my journey. That needs slight improvement since many foreign travelers might not know the language. You also have a mall to shop and eat from and the subway to go anywhere in town. These service apartments are really suited for long-term stays. Let's hope I can come back here soon. Other than that, it's a really good place and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you!
