"This B&B has a fantastic location, making it easy to call a taxi to attractions, and Ri Yue Sheng is right nearby. The disposable toiletries are good, the bedding is comfortable, the service is excellent, and the price-performance ratio is superb. We stayed in the Sea View Family Room, which is very hard to book as there's only one on each floor (room 22). The room's reality matches the pictures perfectly. A unique feature of this room type is that the inner queen bedroom can be closed off, essentially creating a two-room setup with a small living area that has a double sofa and a small coffee table. Both rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making them very bright and airy. I really love this room type."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars, highly recommended! The Atour S Hotel Dalian Donggang Venice Water Town was the best hotel experience we had during our trip to Dalian! This was our third hotel in Dalian, and we booked a family room for 2 nights. The space was spacious, and the comfort level was outstanding. The bedding was soft, and the room was clean and tidy, making it perfect for families with children. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted with a warm tea service – the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel offers late-night congee, which was a thoughtful touch for kids returning late from playing. There's also a self-service laundry room with both washers and dryers, which were clean and hygienic. If you let the front desk know in advance, they'll even deliver your clean laundry back to your room. The location is superb; you can walk to Venice Water World right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for exploring and taking photos in the water town. Overall, the hardware, service, and location are impeccable. It's truly the top choice for traveling with kids. We didn't hesitate to extend our stay for another two nights."

"Highly recommended!! The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It had all the amenities, and the environment was great. It was super convenient for dining and sightseeing. From the window, you could see the Dalian City Museum building, and downstairs, the breakfast was abundant. After breakfast, we walked to Xinghai Square to feed the seagulls. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping ladies were very friendly and beautiful. Dalian girls are indeed beautiful and kind-hearted. I will definitely come again next time!"

The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bed had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The lobby offers complimentary tea, and the delivery robot that brings takeout to your room is a convenient touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short getaways. I highly recommend it – if you're coming to Dalian, this is the place to stay!"

"The rooms are brand new, the towels are super soft, and the room layout and facilities are excellent – a really pleasant stay. However, there are two minor points regarding the service: 1. The elevator wait times are long, and hotel staff also share the elevators. That's fine, but they don't greet guests when entering or exiting, and they still crowd the elevator even if it's just for one floor. At other hotels, staff usually acknowledge guests and try to use service elevators. 2. The cleaning staff don't greet you; if you look at them, they just stare back."

"The overall experience of staying at Howard Johnson Jingyue Hotel in Dalian was good. The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Xinghai Square, it is very convenient to go to the surrounding area to eat, drink and play. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dalian Jinshitan Ouyang Chengfu Resort Hotel: My stay at this newly opened hotel exceeded my expectations! The hotel is newly opened, and there was absolutely no unpleasant renovation smell upon arrival. The lobby manager, Wang Xin, proactively explained that all the hotel's building materials had been tested and were formaldehyde-free, giving me peace of mind. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a duplex private hot spring room. The room was fully equipped with Xiaodu smart home technology, allowing for voice control of lights and appliances, which my child especially loved. During my stay, I noticed a strange noise from the exhaust vent. After reporting it, the staff immediately came to inspect and repair it, handling the situation very efficiently. They even thoughtfully provided a coffee voucher and a small cake as a gesture of goodwill. The public relations response and service level in handling the issue were comparable to a five-star hotel; they didn't shy away from mistakes and actively rectified them, which was a huge plus. The room was spacious, the private hot spring experience was excellent, and the overall hardware was top-notch. It's very suitable for families with elderly members and children. The overall service was sincere and attentive, and even minor issues were resolved properly. I highly recommend this hotel for a Jinshitan vacation."

"I stayed for three nights, here's my objective review: First, the positives: 1. The front desk service was excellent. They were proactive in resolving issues. When I mentioned an odor in my room and wanted to switch, they brought me an air freshener and cleaning spray in the middle of the night. They also used tape to fix the light leakage on the left side of the curtain. 2. My room was cleaned and tidied daily during my stay. 3. Food deliveries were conveniently brought to the room by a robot. Now, the negatives: 1. The room I booked differed quite a bit from the pictures. Perhaps rooms of the same type vary in size and layout, which I think the hotel should note! For example, the pictures showed a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, but my room didn't have it. Also, the aisle at the foot of the bed was too narrow. It didn't feel like 15-20 square meters at all, more like 8 square meters. The room felt small overall and a bit cramped. Good thing I didn't have a suitcase, otherwise there would have been no place to put it. Plus, there was no table or chairs, making it very inconvenient to eat in the room. 2. Light seeped in from both the top and bottom of the window. As soon as dawn broke, light streamed in. The bed was right next to the window, and outside was a road, so the soundproofing wasn't great. I didn't sleep very soundly. I asked to change rooms but it seemed there were no vacancies, so I had to make do. 3. The bedding felt slightly damp to me, and the pillows were too high; both were high pillows. 4. Initially, I noticed an odd smell in the room, which improved after I reported it. However, on the following two nights, I kept feeling itchy when lying in bed, suggesting the bedding wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the service was decent, and the hotel's public areas were nice. However, there are quite a few areas for improvement within the room. My overall stay experience was average because I genuinely didn't sleep well, and the value for money was just okay."
