"The hotel is in a great location, with multiple bus lines, Metro Line 2, a supermarket, Zhongyuan Food Street, and Dalian Department Store nearby. Check-in was very fast, and the high-floor elevators weren't crowded. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly. Definitely worth another stay!"

"Overall, it's a pretty good stay! Location: The hotel boasts an excellent, bustling location right at Friendship Square. It's within walking distance to Zhongshan Square, Nanshan Road, and Dalian Department Store, making it very convenient. The rooms are quite spacious, and staying on a high floor offers even better views! Amenities: The facilities are a bit dated and the furniture shows its age, though this doesn't really affect the stay. Right after checking in, we found that the outlet in front of the bathroom mirror had no power—when I finished showering and plugged in the hair dryer, it wouldn't turn on. A maintenance person fixed it later, but the hotel really should inspect essential in-room facilities promptly. Service: First of all, the doorman was completely oblivious to his surroundings! Around 9 AM when we arrived by car, there was no staff member at the front entrance. There's only a single-lane driveway at the entrance, and during peak hours, a van was parked right outside waiting for someone, blocking our way. We honked a few times, but the van wouldn't budge, while the doorman was just standing right nearby and completely ignoring it! I honestly don't know what his purpose is. Secondly, when calling housekeeping from the room phone, you always have to deal with an AI robot first and specifically ask to be transferred to a human agent, which is very inconvenient. Next, after finishing my shower and finding out the hair dryer had no power, I called to request a replacement. After waiting ten minutes with no word, I called again, and someone finally came to knock on the door. When I opened it, the staff member didn't even bring a hair dryer; she just walked straight into the room and told me the bathroom outlet probably had no power—which implies she already knew it was broken and the hotel hadn't fixed it yet! Walking into a guest's room without asking isn't very polite, and I hope they will ask for permission first in the future. However, once she realized there was no power, she happened to run into us the next day after we returned from our outing and let us know that the room outlet had been fixed, which is definitely worth a thumbs-up! Finally, the hotel pool is quite deep! Everyone, please be careful! The deepest part is right in the middle, reaching 1.8 meters! Please stay safe!"

"A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍"

The hotel's surroundings are quiet and safe, with plenty of attractions and dining options nearby, and excellent amenities. Our family felt relaxed and comfortable during our stay. "Amazing! We switched to this hotel last minute from another one in the middle of the night. The room was bright, spacious, and filled with sunlight, facing directly east, so we even got to experience a romantic sunrise without leaving the room! Downstairs is the Venice Water City, which is great for a stroll! The night view is also beautiful, and there are plenty of food and drink options. The owner is really nice; early in the morning, when we went to the front desk with our big suitcases to check in, the owner thoughtfully helped us with our luggage. Next time we go to Dalian, we'll definitely stay here again! It was fantastic."

"The room design was a beautiful and classic loft. The host was excellent this time; shortly after I landed, they called to provide directions and even allowed for an early check-in. Although it's an apartment building, the elevators were never crowded. The location is superb, right by the subway station and close to Xinghai Square, which is an easy walk. There's also a convenience store downstairs. Definitely the best choice!"
