房間沒暖氣，空調在冬天一點用都沒，凍感冒了都。那個衞生簡直… 上家用的香皂都還在，浴缸裏的那些毛髮…… 公共區的煙頭、垃圾比比皆是

地理位置優越，出門下坡是海、出門上坡是山、出門左轉是濱海步行道、出門右轉走出去有很多公交車。打車、點外賣都很方便。旺季700左右、淡季100左右。2018年第一次入住就愛上了這裏，之後每年都會帶親朋來小住。雖然豐盛的早餐和贈送的咖啡取消了，智能座便沒有配衞生紙，陽光大浴缸沒有配毛巾、小米電視沒有配搖控器、精緻的茶具沒有瓶裝水、鬆軟的洗浴拖鞋沒有一次性軟拖，但滿屋瀰漫的咖啡香、樓頂可以吹海風的露台、適宜的温度、已經長大可以看門的小懶貓，就是讓人感覺很舒適。如果民宿老闆可以看到這段文字，希望可以改善配套設施、增強服務意識，還記得19年的夏天，你告訴我們全家冬天來更美、還有可能遇到野生小動物。以後還會入住，希望會有更好的體驗。

地理位置不錯，出門走走看看山看看海很方便（當然也就不適合喜歡鬧市的人羣）。小屋雖然簡單但很乾凈，樓下可以喝點咖啡吃點簡餐，如果要吃正餐得打車到外頭。

離動物園超近，周邊景點都不遠，特別適合帶寵物的，鬧中取靜，但是服務不要想哈，也不適合喜歡夜生活的人，晚上開車進出不方便，打車隨意

房間還不錯，位置離海邊比較近，但有個很大的坡，回來上坡比較累，但已經很方便了。
服務是早晚找不到工作人員，最不滿意的是開發票，硬生生的拖了一個月，從工作人員找到老闆，才很費勁但開了。
本來挺滿意的，開發票這個事弄得很鬱悶。
孩子很喜歡這裏的考拉玩偶。

前台小夥子實在太熱情了，幫忙把行李抬上樓，還很熱情的介紹遊玩景點，房間乾淨整潔，出酒店對面就是小海灘，有機會再來。

非常滿意的民宿，下面就是咖啡館，走出去500米就到開放性海灘，海水清澈帶有小礁盤，也有沖淡設施。騎車往東一路爬山到海洋公園，一路往西可到星海廣場，付家莊騎行10分鐘可到，滿足了生活所需，這裏基本滿足了自助遊愛好者的一切喜好，非常滿意。住宿條件也非常不錯，看得出房東是有品位的，感謝
