離市內比較遠，適合自駕，自己不開車交通不方便衹能等班車時間來回，班車來回30元/人，在五一廣場上車，需提前聯繫。酒店內環境不錯，温泉挺好，露天温泉是特色。早飯可以，中午自助性價比不高，最好自己帶點吃的，長者戴的小夾子不小心掉了，酒店美女服務員從自己頭上拿下來兩個給我們，之後工作人員在温泉區又幫我們找到了，很感動，總體好評。

首次給差評，帶客人去特別選擇了豪華標間，次晨發現浴室下水不通，客人房間也是一樣，洗了一半澡，水都溢出來了，趕緊放棄，找服務員收拾，期間連衞生間也不能用。應該不屬突發事件，而是怠於維修，就把這樣的房間出售啦。後來負責人來道歉，並給了洗浴票作為補償，倒也沒話可説，但客人面前的面子挽不回來，對銘湖的好印象嚴重受損。很無奈的一次體驗。

房間非常乾淨，舒適，當天給免費升級了房間，我們當時兩個孩子，酒店的Eric非常熱心，幫我們升級了房間，還熱心的對我們提出的要求都一一滿足，下次還會再來的！自助早餐也是非常棒噠，連續兩天都不一樣菜品，值得選擇
