希望大家入住的時候都多看看評價，一點鐘退房晚了一小時，結果被告知入住按金100不退，説是抵超時費了，説電腦系統就那麼顯示的，退不了，一百多的房價，退房晚一小時100？第一時間聯繫客服，商家給的答覆是15：00前退房扣100，18：00前扣120，收費標準是什麼？？？
