房間沒暖氣，一個空調根本帶不動四五十平的屋子，中央空調不好使，温度就五六度，問前台前台告訴我空調需要預熱一個點兩個點，然後我五個點之後凍得實在受不了，我又問為啥還不好使，他告訴我中央空調不好使，衹有小空調能用，理直氣壯告訴我有電熱毯，已經算入住了不能退費，還問我為啥訂的時候不看好，我怎麼知道這麼冷，這就是你家的最好的房？下回你也別叫總統套房，你叫總統冰窖得了，想讓我住隔壁小屋子然後按照這個貴的收費，換別的就告訴我滿員了，結果有人來訂房告訴他還有房？
衞生：第二張圖片右側黑的是東西老化掉的灰，也不清潔，就告訴我設施老化沒辦法，中間底下煙頭也不收拾好
第三張圖是床邊上縫裡開封的避孕套

衞生間水池裡有幹了的牙膏漬，熱水壺裡有上次的水沒倒。房間供暖不行，冬天住根本受不了，夏天還可以。
