3.1號上午我們問了前台説是最晚2點退房，但是下午1點換了前台，前台打電話，沒接到電話又沒再打了，我們正在午睡前台就叫人上來敲門提醒，後面又打電話，我質問他不是最晚2點沒，聽我語氣不對，他説他就問一下，總之大家要是午睡想在這個酒店睡就避雷吧，甚至還有一個小時就開始來催你走了，實在是不敢恭維！
