On the second day of our stay, the bed sheets and quilt covers were changed once. We stayed for another five days. Because it was the Spring Festival, we could understand that they were not changed or cleaned. On the fifth day of our stay, because the child suddenly got sick and stained the bed sheets and quilt covers, we cleaned them by ourselves first, and then contacted the front desk to help arrange for the room staff to change the bed sheets and quilt covers for the big bed, but not for the small bed. The front desk said that if the auntie was at work, she would come to change them, and if she was not at work, she would help change the room. I think the attitude and plan were very OK. In the afternoon, the auntie came and said that the linen company was not at work and there was no quilt cover in stock, so she helped to change the bed sheets. We were also very touched because the auntie also said that she was called here temporarily. In fact, I am satisfied with the overall situation here, but accidents always come so coincidentally. The bathroom was blocked this morning. We went downstairs to go out shopping at around 8 o'clock, and then I told the front desk waiter that there were two things. One was to help us clean up because we had to drive back tomorrow morning and needed a good rest in the afternoon. The other was that the bathroom was blocked and asked for help to solve it. The front desk said that the cleaning would be done in the afternoon because the auntie wanted to grab a room. In fact, I didn't quite understand it at the time. Shouldn't it be simpler for us to continue to stay and clean? New guests check in after 12 o'clock. Shouldn't the requests of existing guests be responded to first? But I didn't say anything. Let's do it in the afternoon. Before leaving the hotel, I specifically told the front desk guy to help us take care of the bathroom issue before going out. But! We came back at 11 o'clock in the afternoon and found that the bathroom was still not fixed! This is a bit too much. What if I didn't go out? What if I wanted to use the bathroom immediately? ? ? ? ? Later, I went to the front desk to ask, and then I heard the guy using the intercom to arrange the engineer. I'm not sure if they have a work connection after I go out in the morning. It's a problem that the facilities of a bathroom can't be solved in three hours, and it's a rigid demand problem. I don't understand this very much!
