環境不錯，幫朋友訂的，很滿意，都還不錯，這個價格，在旅順也算差不多了，離市中心也很近，周圍很多吃的。

一家評分被低估的酒店。硬裝質量很高，所以並沒有因為裝修比較早而感覺陳舊。總體入住體驗很好，也很舒適。不足之處在於走廊的地毯偏舊，以及淋浴房衹有噴淋而沒有花灑。

這個酒店服務實在太差，我是攜程老客户，從沒有這樣評價一家酒店。
1.入住後的第二天一岀門我就通知前台要打掃房間，結果晚上回到房間，一個床收拾了，另一個一點沒收拾，一片狼藉，還把一個枕頭扔在電視櫃上，太奇葩了！找前台投訴，她説她管不了，客房經理聯繫不上，讓我第二天找客房經理。
2.前台非常懶，很不負責，整個酒店除了兩個前台，你再找不到可以解決問題的人，沒有大堂經理，更找不到公司領導了。投訴無門，衹能忍氣吞聲。
3.開門的卡經常開不了門，又要跑到一樓重刷一下卡。希望一個房間有兩張卡，不給。
4.別看照片上有一個小花園，周邊環境真的臟亂差，臭氣熏天，每次進岀酒店味道很難聞。
總之，這個酒店的服務太差了，希望攜程給點處罰。同時希望攜程以後不要推薦這樣的酒店給用户！
