Hotel crew all v friendly n fantastic well location for foods n shopping

Stayed here 09 nights in total, after multiple extensions. Room 207. 1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian. 2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening. 3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging. 4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available) 5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well. 6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. Great experience here! Stress-free check in experience with the lovely staff and the room was spacious and clean. Comfy beds and decent pillows. Perfect location right in the middle of the action in kaifaqu!

I was deeply impressed by my stay at Atour. I added Luo Yi’s WeChat account at the front desk when I checked in. He was really at my call and very patient. He was serious and reliable in handling things. My husband didn’t sleep very well. On the first day, I felt The room was a bit noisy. I sent Luo Yi a message on WeChat early in the morning to see if he could help me change the room. Luo Yi responded immediately and promised to help me change the room. He explained to me that it might take a while since the time was relatively early. Luo Yi asked thoughtfully. Do I need earplugs and eye masks? After the room was cleaned, Luo Yi sent me a WeChat message as soon as possible, and successfully changed our room to a satisfactory one. Later, during the chat, I learned that Luo Yi worked the night shift, and he could still help me solve the problem so quickly. Questions made me feel the enthusiasm and warmth of Atour's service. Even though there were some minor incidents, they were all handled properly. It made me feel valued and every employee was like family.

I often stay at Atour, the location and environment are very good, and it is very convenient to eat and park. The most commendable thing is the service. Several times, I was greeted by a handsome guy named Xiao Han, who was warm and considerate, never tired of taking the trouble, and was just like a friend. This time I left two pieces of clothing behind when I left the store. Beauty Lehan called to inform me and folded the clothes and bagged them, which made me feel like I was in the spring breeze. In addition, all the drinks in the hotel's refrigerator are free, which is more generous than many five-star hotels.

The environment is very unique and the style is unified. I like this kind of stylish place. I really love that there is no time limit. I can enjoy the whole process slowly and leisurely. I feel healed.

I booked two rooms at Atour Hotel Dalian for three consecutive days. The hotel has complete facilities and a clean environment. Breakfast, supper, coffee, book bar, etc. are all available. The children and family members are very satisfied. After a day of playing, I was too lazy to go out at night and ordered takeout. Everyone was very happy to eat and drink. The children also liked Atour Shenye Congee Road. The hotel has free parking. The parking lot is tight during the May Day holiday. The security guard and the front desk came out to coordinate the parking space. Thank you!
