房間非常乾淨整潔，有沙發，電視，空調，大床，保潔阿姨和老闆都非常親民，最主要還能帶小寵物，但是要等寵物換完毛才行，不要把房間搞臟。離星海廣場走路十五分鐘，星海公園開車十分鐘之內，付家村海邊和森林動物園，金沙灘銀沙灘都是十五分鐘左右，交通便利，還可以喂海鷗，連住六晚，真是太爽了。
