名字叫賓館卻衹能開手撕發票，不能開正規的普通發票。房間價格已經很高了，竟然在税務上鑽空子。跟老闆理論，他還挺理直氣壯一副要吵架的樣子，最後還是自己找去哪網平台給開的發票。房間裏的設施都比較舊，重要的是衞生很差:毛巾上都是黃斑，根本不敢用，住了三天，沒有客房服務，不給換任何東西，後來還是主動要求才換了兩條浴巾。窗户關不上，多虧是夏天，空調還湊合能用。酒店性價比不高，各方麪條件都很一般

衞生間有待升級改善哦，其他都可以的，，位置好，公交地鐵超級方便，附近配置齊全，葯店 超市 漢堡 快餐 。青雲街地鐵站是大連最美地鐵站，超級贊，收藏了，以後去大連還住這家店，

環境差就不説了，洗手間馬桶都是活動的，電視沒有數字電視，看哪個哪個得花錢，問店家店家那豪橫的，他們那就那樣，主要停車，***費勁，連個停車場都沒有，左邊辦事處不讓停，停了早上七點必須走，店家給找個門口右邊停車地方，尋思挺好唄，早上下樓取車被兩個男的一通説，説我們停他家了，我們表明是在那住的都不管用，罵罵咧咧的，差點打起來，才知道車位是人家洗浴的，停人家地方了，不是差，是太差太差，第一次住這麼差這麼差的地方

衞生很差，感覺到處都是臟的，根本就沒有認真打掃。服務態度和衞生一樣差，床單上有油漬，花了錢還要看老闆臉色，沒有任何服務可言，老闆扣扣搜搜的！！是我住過最差的酒店！！誰住誰後悔！！！
