由於航班延誤到酒店已經凌晨了，酒店服務就有點缺人手的感覺，一開始體驗不是很好，不過第二天還是感謝禮賓部的孫勇幫我們把停車券送到房間。

衞浴空間設施有些老化，洗手枱盆設計不太合理，沒法蓄水。
高樓層朝向海邊的房間景觀非常好，並且玻璃有做過防紫外線處理，在白天也可以把紗窗打開欣賞風景，特別漂亮。
我入住了行政樓層客房，行政酒廊晚上歡樂時光酒水種類非常豐富，而且朝向海洋景觀優美。早餐時間很早適合商務或者出去旅行，而且行政酒廊的早餐有現點現做的蛋類和麪類味道不錯。
感謝客服中心的小來，服務非常體貼。
酒店中餐廳食物分量非常大，建議來吃飯比人數多點一個菜就行。

房間很乾凈，就是空調不咋滴，房間裏27.6度下不來，前台的Grace，Nina非常好，辦理入住和退房都很快很專業，房間落下了一個戒指，酒店的劉強也很貼心的收好給我們了，整理下來五顆星，建議空調檢查升級一下

服務：辦理入住的前台小姐姐服務很熱情
設施：酒店比較老，設施有點舊，剛進房間會有點味道，不過升級了套房，房間很大，設施齊備
配套：酒店位置特別好，出門就是各大金融機構的市分行，離大連商場、時代廣場都步行可到，附近好吃的特別多
