酒店大堂裝修堂皇大氣，從到達酒店門口就迎來熱情的服務，特別感謝大堂禮賓部孫勇，幫忙拿行李之餘，還為我介紹了觀看郵輪的時間。酒店check-in也很快，還主動幫我升級了豪華大床套房。房間很大，設施保養完好，最主要是衞生整潔。酒店整體性價比很高，以後再來大連還會再選大連洲際。

房間17層還是低了
更高應該視野更好

This Hotel is very nice and located in the Center, close to the Railway station and many POI. The staff is friendly and tries to support the guests. The English language skills could be improved.
Unfortunately the Hotel and the rooms definitely need an extensive renovation. In our room several electric plug-sockets had been damaged, which is a severe danger. Also the control-units for the AC showed marks of overheating and damages.
The interior of the rooms and bathroom showed marks of abrasion and cheap repairs.
With this actions this Hotel could be one of the best in Dalian.

房間稍微有點老，空調製冷不夠強勁，和前台反饋了有一定修改。行政接待有一個大叔很好很温柔，幫忙接送了行李和開關車門，但忘記名字了，兩字的一個高個子大叔，好評！

五星推薦的酒店。
環境、位置、服務都非常好，雖然酒店比較久了空調稍顯老舊，但是也及時給我們提供可移動的空調扇解決了。有求必應。孫勇、劉強二位工作人員也給我們留下了深刻的印象，態度非常好。
