除了前台不幫收快遞，如果你寄了快遞到酒店，他們就會放到旁邊一個沒人的樓前台，丟了也沒人管以外，其他都挺好，一樓還可以洗温泉游泳

房間面積和配置都不錯。阿姨打掃也不錯。電視打不開，因為不太看電視就沒有找工人來檢查了。特別提醒大家，如果入住時候交了按金，離店時候記得向前台要回。我自己就是退房時候完全忘記了按金的事，再想起來時候已是2個月後。打電話過去，説記錄顯示按金已退，也無法查證是否如我所述確實沒退給我。衹能不了了之。給接電話的美眉提了建議，以後收取按金請給住客一個憑證，交還按金時以憑證換按金，保護雙方的利益。
