여기 위치가 정말 좋아요. 솔직히 청결은 좀 흐린 눈 해야하는데… 그걸 감안하면 가격 엄청 저렴하고 위치 때문에 또 올 것 같아요. 아래층에 리즈호텔이랑 같이 쓰는데 같은 건물인데 리즈호텔은 2배 더 비싸요. 아마 청결과 서비스가 더 좋을 테지만.. 스스로 판단해서 묵으심 될 것 같습니다. 위치가 깡패라서 다음에 또 온다면 여기서 묵을 거에요.

The location is great, right next to the old Dalian Department Store and a 5-minute walk from Dalian Station. There is a Lawson on the first floor, and many restaurants in the area. It is a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport if there is no traffic jam. I have never taken the subway, but the station is nearby and it goes directly to the airport.
The room is spacious and equipped with a washing machine, refrigerator, and electric stove. The cleaning is a little rougher than in a normal hotel, but the sheets and towels are clean and I don't mind a little dust under the sofa.
It is a private lodging, so the service is not as good as a hotel, but I think it is reasonable for the price, and the owner is kind, so I would like to use it again.
Opinions:
① The towels are quite old, so I think it is time to consider replacing them with new ones.
② The drain in the shower room sometimes gets clogged, so it should be checked once.
③ I would like an air purifier (maybe I am being selfish because I am a smoker)

The location is really good~ There is a market right next door and it is a good location to go anywhere. They clean it every day but it wasn't that clean but it was okay! It was convenient and nice because it was a number key.

This was my first time traveling to China, so I used the sanding service and it was really convenient.
The hotel is located in the center of the city, and Dalian Market, Pavilion, Haidilao, and Starbucks are nearby, so it was very convenient to get around.
The room I stayed in had 3 beds and 1 bathroom, so I wish there was another bathroom, but I still had a good stay.
When you check in, they will tell you the room password and wifi password via WeChat, so please make sure to download the app.
I plan to stay here again when I go to Dalian.
