1.房間內設施維護不到位，例如淋浴房內放置洗髮洗澡液的小平台失修、嚴重傾斜，2.辦公桌玻璃枱麪邊緣胳膊不能碰壓、容易傾翻，3.洗面盆下水蓋子很容易自動翻轉堵塞水下去；4.早餐及其簡陋，遠不值58元的售價的。結論：象經營不下去要關掉的樣子。
