衹能説在市場競爭中心悦已經明顯的被淘汰，尤其是現在銷售部的王姓女經理，服務態度很不好，設施老舊，淋浴間門關不牢，總而言之，我應該不會考慮再去入住。

這是有生以來住酒店給的第一個差評。
1、在東北供暖季14度的客房大家體驗過沒？請問我這是來享受冰療服務的嗎？打電話給前台，前台告訴我“客人有空調啊？”。這可是東北的冬天啊，！我能不知道有空調嗎？半夜10點半入住14度房間我怎麼睡覺。
2、一個多小時以後，房間來到17度，躺在床上瑟瑟發抖的我，咬咬牙覺得太晚了別換酒店了，想給前台打電話再要床被睡覺得了。
結果前台告訴我，對不起，我們一個房間衹配一床被。
天，那我想説對不起，我住街邊招待所冷成這樣是不是都能多給我床被。
旅遊淡季300多的市中心酒店，這種服務，這種環境，這麼大酒店你們投資人不來看看嗎？
請問你房間滿了嗎？什麼叫服務？晚上11：30我看平台你們還有房，是不是多少有點兒欺負人了。

本來去大連開會預訂了兩間房間，臨去前一位同事有緊急無法同行，與酒店多次協商均被拒絕退房，最終付了兩間房費衹住了一間房間，出行無數次，頭一回碰到如此不通人情的酒店，而且房間設施老舊，味道難聞，淋浴間漏水，地面濕滑，完全不匹配房費

酒店位置出行方便，屬於那種集開會、婚宴、住宿一體的商務酒店，早餐有現煮的麪條。前台的小姑娘人美心善，夜裡有點冷，幫我搬了踢腳線地暖，非常貼心。不過從南方的酒店住過來，感覺大連的酒店設施都不是很新，需要重新裝修了。
