前台姜靜、管家張曉娟，熱情親切。

奔着棒槌島去的，作為景區加酒店管理的同行對整個景區環境的第一印象還是不錯的，視野很棒，心情也會很好！為什麼有低分，下面説説體驗不是5分的地方：1、賓館位於景區裏，其實離景區門口很近，但對於不是自駕的遊客來説還帶着一個寶寶和拉着行李進去並不是很友好，建議接駁車對成功預訂酒店的賓客進行免費的接送，入住和退房各一次即可，要求不多！2、政府接待酒店的前台業務和技能真的不敢恭維，幾個人在前台坐着，告訴我幾台電腦衹能一台電腦辦理入住？作為同樣前廳工作的自己真的不能理解這對客服務！3、晚上房間超級熱，酒店這個季節空調還是制熱模式，晚上10點半讓工作人員送了電風扇，沒有任何致歉;4、第二天退房時多向客房人員要了2瓶水，一句“照道理我不應該再給你水了”讓我頓時無語，衹因入住一晚衹有4瓶免費的水，再多就要收費2元！就這樣的入住和退房感受，我不想再和他們多説一句話！建議大家還是花個20元門票去景區逛逛就好！

景區環境沒的説，酒店沒施有點陳舊了！

房間位置還可以，就是安排在公共廁所邊上有些不舒服。
