第一次寫差評，床單和枕頭很臟，不知道有沒有洗過，污漬蠻明顯的，一進門，很重的煙味。用空調要加20元，沙發破的用一塊布遮住。鞋子也很臟。這個錢去添20-30住個乾淨民宿會好一點。人生第一次住到這麼不乾淨的地方，客觀闡述一下，我沒住就退房走了。也沒要求老闆退錢之類的。

預定房間時並沒有註明沒有冷氣，付款完成後才出現沒有冷氣，又不能取消訂單，更慘的是 ，沒有冷氣只能開窗，但是在8樓開窗正好對著萬達廣場的空調主機，噪音及熱氣，更本不是給人住的環境.

老闆態度很好。就是房間設施不怎麼樣，床墊的彈簧是壞的，從側面突出來。衞生間門也是壞的。有空調，但是要加錢才能用。
