Decent location, nice reception, allowed me to delay my checkout for an hour and a half. Gym downstairs was very nice with pools and other facilities. Rooms was clean only thing was the ac didn’t go below 25 Celsius which may be a bit warm during night.

Recommended as location is strategic for shopping and food with walking distance. Hotel staffs are very helpful and prompt service given.

The hotel was fine. They had all the amenities you may need. However, beware that the front desk staff lie to you and trick you into paying for things. I specifically asked the front desk if the sauna is free for hotel guests. They told me, in perfect English, that the entrance fee of 59RMB Is free for hotel guests. There was no misunderstanding. They said if you use anything more than 59RMB, then you must pay for it. However, when I checked out, I was forced to pay for the entrance fees for both times I used it, and they denied that it was free and that anyone told me that it was. Very poor customer service. Either they deliberately trick you into spending more money, or the hotel staff do not all know the rules.

I came to Dalian on May Day. The transportation here is convenient. The subway station is a ten-minute walk away. The Hang Lung Shopping Center is to the west. When checking in, Zhao Dandan, the front desk, specially upgraded a sleep room to arrange a floor for us. Although it was not used much, it was better than an ordinary double bed room. The rooms in the South Tower are relatively old, and I don’t know how the North Tower is. But the bedding is not bad, and the bathroom is also OK. Later, the smart toilet seat was modified. Gao Yan and several other waiters were also quite enthusiastic when checking out. The environment of the breakfast forest on the 2nd floor is OK, the variety is OK, you can eat enough, and the content is also relatively rich.
