有部分房間在裝修，但不影響休息，離客户公司近，離海邊近，所以選的這裏。不提供早餐，房間毛巾之類的都是一次性的，各有所愛吧！電視設施比較老舊，看不了電視，網絡也不太好用！

性價比超高，去付家莊步行幾分鐘就到了。最高6樓，還有空中花園觀景視野開闊。

離付家莊很近～對面就是車站去火車站，老虎灘非常方便。
離動物園也很近，動物園旁邊就是濱海路可以走到星海。
