There is no heater. I called the front desk and was told that Dalian has stopped heating. But I want to know if the city's heating has anything to do with the hotel. It's so cold. It's terrible. I've been in Dalian for two days and changed two hotels. Both of them have no heater. I got a fever when I got home. It's terrible.
