服務簡直是我去過最差的四星級酒店，1夜裡前台集體失聯，根本聯繫不上人2中餐有婚宴不能堂食可以理解，但是不是忘了給筷子，就是忘了給蘸料，服務員還笑嘻嘻，根本沒道歉的意思3前台説少了房卡，一張扣除幾十元工本費，你是金子做的嗎？這麼爛的服務根本配不上你四星級的評分，

度假酒店在山上，吃飯等很不方便，**都送不了
家庭房很大，陽台超大，但是沒打掃，全是灰
房間內空調效果比較差，製冷不行。插座偏少，電器充電等還挺惱火。

看得出曾經是間設計很好的温泉酒店，衹可惜房間、設施都已經老舊而並非得到維護更新。因為顧客少，為了省電，連大堂和走廊的照明燈也懶得開，室內温泉的衞生間便池沖水壞了，真是談不上什麼服務質量保證了。衹能一聲歎息了。
也説一下好的，那就是室外温泉與森林融為一體，與自然環境和諧一致，讓人心曠神怡，倘佯其中倍感舒適。
