首先，這是第一次沒有滿分好評一家酒店，我很遺憾。時隔我入住已經過去快1個月，今天想起來評論，也是希望能得到酒店方的認真對待。初到酒店，第一印象就覺得是被“照騙”了，周圍環境感覺比較雜亂，酒店裡麪的海灘上也有一些肉眼可見的垃圾，房間設施也比較陳舊，但是到了晚上漲潮後在房間露台看風景還是很漂亮的。
重點不滿1：我們是6月2號入住，3號退房，3號早上我聯繫酒店管家讓送兩瓶礦泉水到房間，微信沒有得到迴應，等了大概半個多小時，我打電話到前台，問能不能幫我們送兩瓶礦泉水到房間，此時得到的回覆是“我們沒有瓶裝礦泉水了，衹有玻璃瓶裝的純凈水”，（他們的所謂玻璃瓶是循環使用的，裏面的水估計就是凈化後的純凈水）我想説，你們要是想節約成本，在這一兩瓶塑料瓶裝礦泉水上摳錢也是大可不必，或者你們可以直接説每個房間衹配了兩瓶免費礦泉水，如果需要多的就需要額外付款，我覺得這樣直接説清楚大家都能接受吧？而不是一問到你們就直接説沒有。
2：我們3號上午10點多退房，當天晚上換了一家酒店，打開行李箱發現有一條褲子不見了，就想到是當天早上走的匆忙，忘在了酒店床上，然後馬上給酒店管家發消息，想讓他幫忙看看，結果至今沒有任何回覆……這可是我當初訂房時你們主動聯繫我讓我加上的酒店管家啊，每次的訴求都得不到你們的回覆，那請問你們讓住客加微信的用意是什麼呢？
可見服務和響應力真的是有待提升啊！

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick.
I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!
