樓棟還是蠻高的，最高的話可以去到九樓，每一層佔地也還算是可以，畢竟這邊整個獨棟建築都是酒店的，房間還是比較靠近電梯間的，所以相當的不錯，走動也比較方便。
這房算不上大，但是用的是最新的漢庭標準化裝修，看起來還算是可以的，而且推開窗户的話，雖然沒有什麼景觀，但能夠看得比較遠的地方。
整體來説，大小大約是20多平米吧，不到30平米，乾濕分離衞生間還是做的挺不錯的，洗手枱也是在進門口的一側，都是比較乾淨衞生，畢竟酒店也不是特別久。
個人住的話，其實還算是不錯了，衹不過這邊的床單相對來説的話就薄了一點，如果厚一點的話，睡起來會更加的舒適，有小辦公桌，這點真的是好評。

房間有點小，其他還可以。離大連海事大學和大連理工大學都比較近，地鐵站需要過街走一段路到達。延遲退房到14:00。

去大連玩兒，選擇漢庭酒店讓我覺得幸福指數翻倍，服務好，前台態度好，熱情周到，酒店乾淨衞生，早餐營養健康，洗衣房方便快捷，關鍵停車還免費，不僅為酒店加分，也為大連印象加分，很棒。以後還會選擇漢庭酒店尤其是大連海事店。
