I've stayed at this location multiple times. It is a good location and I enjoy the house band in the pub (located in the basement). The Kempeski is definitely showing its ago, however. The marblework in the bathroom is cracked and some of the flooring is stained. The public bathroom (to the right of the lobby) is in desperate need of a makeover, i.e. recaulk the edges of the lavatory and do a deep steam cleaning of all tile. Breakfast was superb and the wait staff was doing a great job turning tables around for the next customers. I would probably stay again, but only if the prices are reduced.

I can safely say Intercontinental is one of the best hotels in Dalian after having stayed in many Dalian hotels. For starters we got a room upgrade and early check in and late check out. The hotel also gave us complimentary coffee and fruit soon after checking in. The room was clean, comfortable, modern and had a gorgeous city view. The amenities were satisfactory and their Breakfast buffet had a wide range of Western and Chinese cuisine to choose from. Special thanks to Jason from the fitness centre and Winnie and Kevin from the front desk for their excellent service they especially made sure our stay was enjoyable. The only downside is that I think the Chinese restaurant staff could use some training the service there was the least professional but in my opinion it didn't takeaway from the overall experience.

Hotel Nikko is a throwback to the 1990's. It is well maintained and very comfortable hotel. In fact, I moved from another 5 star hotel to this one mid weekend. The decor is a little dated, BUT of the 3 hotels in downtown Dalian that I have used over this last year I think Nikko is my favorite. Their service is excellent. The food is good. (Breakfast is great and the Japanese restaurant is good) The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and upscale. I like that there is a Lawson's near the lobby, in the adjoining office/apartment building. When I called to request they lower the temperature in my room, they said they could not adjust the thermostat; however, they did offer me a fan. Within 5 minutes housekeeping brought a very nice standing fan which worked great. My next trip downtown I think I'll start with Hotel Nikko.

The room was very big and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Heating was a little weak so room never got really warm. Wouldn't be a problem in the summer though. Service was pretty friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good but no western choices. The only major problem we had was we ended up with noisy guests beside us on the second day who woke us up at 6 in the morning. The hotel wasn't busy. Maybe next time they can spread the guests out a little

This is a great little hotel. It was incredibly cute and the staff were nice too. They. couldn't speak much English, but they tried their best to assist us. I would have liked for their to be a bar, but we were told they didn't have one🤔. They did.however help us add the address of the hotel on the deliver app so we could order in. On the upside, if you love coffee, there's a Starbucks right next door. We came in with food in the evening that we wanted to warm up and were told the kitchen was closed and reception didn't have a key, so they couldn't access the microwave. One microwave in the entire hotel.. seems like there should be more 🧐. Overall I'd have to say I'll stay here again. It was very clean, quiet and I enjoyed the breakfast very much which was a buffet mix of Chinese and Western food.

This place is not easy to take a taxi and the room is small. The most wonderful thing is that the invoice is issued in the morning, it is manually invoiced, and electronic invoices cannot be issued. There are a lot of people in the row, the front desk is busy, at least 20 or 30 minutes. Then you can choose to mail the invoice and tell me to pay. I have lived in the hotel for so many years. The first time I heard that I was too busy to mail the invoice to the customer. This rule is very strange to be honest. It is very annoying to not be able to open others on the spot. Do you have to pay others? Is this still the service industry? Stayed in so many Vienna Internationals, this experience is really average.

The standard of the hotel under Jinjiang International Group is still guaranteed. I lived in a room on the third floor near the community, very quiet. The air conditioner seems to be a bit weak, and the hot wind stops for a while. I was afraid of trouble, I didn't find the service staff to deal with it. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but it is still within walking distance. The nearby bus is also very convenient. You don't need to transfer to the train station and Xinghai Square.

The hotel has a large parking lot, which is much more convenient for parking. Check-in was very fast. The ladies at the front desk, Xiaoli and Xiaowan, checked me in together. They were very attentive and provided good service. The room I arranged met my needs. It was good to have zero pressure, haha. Breakfast is also very rich, I will patronize again.

This hotel was in a great location as next to railway and metro station. Unfortunately the power was cut off for the entire block. It was fortunate that the hotel was able to refund part of the stay. I had to checkout when the power was cut off again the following night. This isn’t the fault of the hotel but they tried their best in a bad situation. When I checked in they brought tray of snacks and a letter explaining how they were sorry they could not speak English. This was a nice touch and I commend the front staff for their sincerity. The only reason I took off a star was that the hallway carpet was in an old state and could use an overhaul. Other than that great staff and hotel.

In an apartment building (No. 8 Qingniwa), the 11th to 18th floors are the hotel area, which is very close to the train station, shopping malls, and subways. There is Lawson and snack street downstairs, and New Mart and Centennial City are across the road. Business travel self-service welcome afternoon tea: This service is not bad, with fruits, snacks and drinks. The breakfast is standard, and there is really nothing to eat when you go late. The room is quite spacious, and the TV is really speechless. It is embarrassing to call it Internet TV. There are four central channels in total, 1, 3, 5, and 6, and they are all snowflakes, which is better than nothing. The robot delivery is OK, there is wind in the room window, and it will be a bit cold without air conditioning. The bathroom is slightly cramped compared to the room. Except for the cafe on the 11th floor of the restaurant, it is really hard to tell that it is a relatively new serviced apartment in the room alone.

It was a very satisfying trip, the hotel I stayed in was very good, and everyone was very polite and hospitable. The environment is good, the room is big, the location is good, there is a supermarket downstairs, not far from Xinghai Square. Living is very good, the place is particularly easy to find, the location is good. Parking is available on the roadside, and there are paid parking lots nearby, which is not expensive. Opposite the living, there is KFC Michelle Ice City, there is rice village bibimbap on the side, and there are Rosen and Ruixing on the top. They are all within 200 meters.
