The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. Broken trim, coffee machine with no pods, cracked sink. Reservations made several months ahead, but was assigned a handicapped room at the last moment even though checked in at 3 pm, their specified time. Expected more from a 4-star hotel. Parking is very pricy at $46 per day. At checkout, they missed an item loading luggage into trunk. Had to go back to retrieve.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time you pulled into the valet parking lot until the day we checked out. Great experience! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a king room. When we arrived they said they were overbooked on king rooms and put us in a queen. I called down and let the front office know that I paid more to guarantee a king and they found us one and the room felt newer and nicer. Overall great experience.

Multi million dollar organization couldn’t refund me 133 dollars. Yes I made a mistake on the date but dam don’t ask me for a review when you guys don’t care 🤷‍♂️

I went to Dallas for the first time with my mom and we decided to stay here thinking it’d be a great place. While this place was conveniently located to lots of places, we ran into way too many issues, First, our room made a loud noise from the AC. The front desk gave us attitude that they had no other rooms and would have engineering look at it. Then they said they’d move us after we talked to them so what was that about? Then we get to our new room and the light was out above the shower and our mini bar was broken. Our mini bar wouldn’t open even after they “fixed” it so we got a complimentary mini fridge. Then we got a random call the next day verifying we were staying in the room and how many guests, ***?! Two days before we were leaving, our keys stopped working and we got a non legitimate excuse for that too. Also this place claims you need to let them know if you want house keeping. Overall, they are not run well and clearly have poor upper mgmt. The gift shop, Starbucks, pool, etc arent bad, but this place needs some serious help.

Location was perfect and the room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure and heat was superb! I did however found old food in the refrigerator and found no water bottles or soda. It was only beer cans, and I don't drink.

I took my kids to participate in the VEX World Championships. It was a 5-minute Uber ride from the venue and a 25-minute walk. The hotel is old and the soundproofing is not very good. The sound of water can be clearly heard when the toilet next door is flushing, bathing, and washing hands. However, the hotel is very clean. We stayed for 8 nights and the housekeeping was very clean every time. We gave a tip on the table to express our gratitude. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and answered all questions. Oh yes, there is a Starbucks on the first floor and a bar. For the downtown area, the hotel is very good👍

Wireless internet is charged, and it's a five-star hotel. The itinerary remains unchanged and they still refuse to cancel. The hotel lobby is very grand, the window view is OK, and the rest is average.
