"This is my new favorite hotel in Dallas. It’s hip without pretentious, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the room is lovely I travel a lot and often think that hotel rooms are often designed by people who have never left home. This room was terrific. Large and lovely shower, good lighting everywhere, sufficient storage and hanging space and a very nice robe I loved the vanity with big lighted mirror and the design of the room with two separate chambers Is genius. Whether you close the rolling door to dress without disturbing your roommate or wish to receive room service without having the waiter see you in your jammies it really works I love love love it here and will be sad to leave. Didn’t even mention the complimentary rides in the rolls Royce to get me to work Can’t wait to return and I’m not even gone yet "
"Unreasonable charges! ! !
Originally this was a hotel with no merits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The key was the location, which was not far from the art museum and the Natural History Museum. There was nothing special about it. Breakfast was average, with fruit but no vegetable salad. But leaving the checkout left me feeling confused and even worse. After breakfast on the first day, the male waiter asked me to sign the bill. I said my room included breakfast, but the waiter said it didn't matter. I just had to sign and the front desk would know. I signed it, it was $52 for two people. The next day, we also chose the buffet for breakfast, and the waitress brought us each a glass of apple juice. I got the bill before I left, put down the order and left. I signed it without even looking at it. Signing an order without looking carefully is a hard lesson! ! ! When I checked out, I found that there was an extra $30, so I asked what the price was. The front desk said it was a breakfast tip on the 5th. I said I was eating from the buffet, but the waiter just poured me two glasses of apple juice without me giving a tip. Is she going to take the initiative to write a $20 tip on the bill? Is this reasonable? I can pay the money, because it’s my fault that I didn’t read the bill and signed it, so I have to acknowledge the bill. But I just want to ask him if this is reasonable? The front desk called the restaurant manager. The manager didn't say it was a tip. He said I chose a set meal and they would charge something else. This is absolutely hilarious! The order typed out to me clearly stated gratuity. I will never go to any Omni Hotel again! Too confusing! Ctrip customer service communicated with them, but they still insisted on their approach."
"Very new hotel, located in the resort, there are some restaurants around. Quiet in the middle of noisy, very close to Dallas Zoo, Botanical Garden, Aquarium, Beiyuan Shopping Center, Wal-Mart. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic."
"The breakfast is plentiful and the facilities are complete. The swimming pool, tennis court and gym are all available. The room is large, the parking is convenient, there is a separate yard, and the walk is safe and worry-free."
"This hotel is not worth the price. I called to ask if the swimming pool is heated, and the hotel replied that it is. But it turned out not to be. I booked this hotel with my kids just for the swimming pool. The paid breakfast is not as rich as the breakfast of a normal Holiday Inn. The room is also very small, and the hotel has no other facilities."
"The hotel is located in Downtown Dallas. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and the parking fee is $30. There were many parties on the weekend when I checked in. There were rooms playing music and making noise at night. The soundproofing was very poor. The front desk handled it promptly after reporting it. The advantage is that it is very close to various attractions, you can go to Citywalk, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant."
"The staff was top notch. The rooms were nice. The location downtown and lack of parking was the most frustrating part. The valet made that a bit more convenient but we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around. "
"I thoroughly enjoy my stay when at the Marriott downtown. I would wish the valet parking service could be swifter as I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car to arrive even after calling for it to be pulled before checking out of the hotel. Other than this, my stay was as good as it has been in the past "
"I had such a great experience staying at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre! The staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – I felt right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I loved the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center.
The location couldn’t be better – it’s just a short walk to the Galleria Dallas, so there’s tons of shopping, dining, and things to do nearby. Plus, there are great dining options right in the hotel, which made it really convenient.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas. It’s a perfect spot for both business and leisure!"

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is so quaint and sweet, the decor transports you into another era, beautifully decorated and unique. The rooms are small but darling, however we were put in a room right next to the entry stairs door and early in the morning people just kept slamming it so we didn’t really rest well. The service was just okay front desk didn’t give us any info and we had to walk around ourselves to get to amenities. The location is very odd it’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with homes right next door and an elementary school is right across the streets. They have parking in the back but it’s a tight squeeze it’s mainly for compact cars and street parking is a mess you are sharing with the neighborhood.
GGuest UserThe room was large and comfortable, and the front desk staff was warm and kind and at home. So I transferred a few hotels and chose this one again and will come again in the future.
GGuest UserThis is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it.
WWinifred MakawaI liked the location of this hotel, right off a main highway so it was very convenient. Also the staff was nice and the continental breakfast was decent. I couldn’t connect to the internet and had to call their 800 number, but they fixed the issue. My only complaints were that: the walls were thin, including the ceiling wall, you could hear every footstep; the bathroom lights were super bright but the rest of the room lights were super dim so morning grooming was tricky; and the shower floor was pretty slanted and the drain was very… unusual. But it was very affordable so all in all I’d recommend this place
LLIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.

GGuest UserGood hotel, close to important points, there are some homeless people in the area, however the hotel manages this situation well. The elevator is a bit old, but in general the facilities are optimal. Perhaps the price is a bit high.

XXanGood value. Convenient for meetings at the Hilton Anatole, which is a 5 minute walk away.
Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected.
All in all a convenient and perfectly adequate place to sleep whilst working.
SScottAimeeWhen we first arrived, we were in a second floor room. I asked for a ground floor room because both my friend and I are disabled veterans. No problem, we were given a ground floor room. When we initially went into the room, it was quite hot in there. In an attempt to cool the room down, I found that the controls on the air conditioner turned all the way around, leaving me not really knowing where on the dial did it corollate with the cool setting. While sitting on the bed, I noticed the ceiling and the very evident water damage on the ceiling. There were large areas on the ceiling that showed where large areas were covered by sheetrock or wood, then covered with paint. There were other areas that showed long sections that had water damage that had not been fixed, too. The only amenity was the ice bucket. All in all, the bed was decently comfortable and got a fair night’s sleep, but the pillows were less than useful. The only thing that irritated me was the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door before 1100 am. We were already taking our belongings to the truck and when we tried to get back into the room to get the rest of our belongings, the card key no longer worked! I had to walk from one end of the motel to the other end to get back to the office; they had to reset the key I guess. Walking that distance was very difficult physically for me and I feel that would not have been necessary if the key continued to be effective in unlocking the door. I think next time I will stay somewhere else.
