The room is large and relatively new. The hardware and sanitation are very good. It's convenient to call an Uber.

Lisa and the housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful when we needed to change rooms after check-in. The room we were first assigned had something suspicious on the mattress protector (not the actual bedding itself) and we weren't comfortable sleeping in that bed until the protector was changed. Lisa at the front desk sent someone from housekeeping to promptly check the bed and by the time we got downstairs we already had new keys and a fresh room ready to stay in.

Property is newer it seems. But you can tell the owners are taking advantage of the newness of the place and not focusing on the cleaning like they should. If they remedy this, the place would be immaculate.

Rooms and bath: acceptable but some areas were not vaccuuned and lack of maintenance; Breakfast: not healthy. Access to hotel is easy and safe area.

Surrounding area seemed a little sketchy but the parking lot was well lit and only one way in/out, which was good. Could have been a little cleaner but for the price and overall comfort, great deal being so close to the places we needed to be.

We had a great stay at Sleep Inn in Irving. The service was great. Anytime we needed anything, they brought it right up. The hotel was nice and clean outside, in the lobby and room. The only thing I could complain about was the shower pressure. It wasnt terrible by far. But if i had to knit -pick it would be the onlt thing i could come up with.

It’s clean. It smells nice. I don’t care for bells and whistles, but I like a comfortable bed, a clean atmosphere that doesn’t make me feel concerned about anything else, and a good shower. The staff are all responsive. This is my 2nd stay and it went completely flawless. During my first stay, my A/C was stuck, but the gentleman at the counter immediately came up and fixed it. I’ll probably come back here to stay for every time I visit Dallas.

Stay overall was good. Nothing special. I do wish they had side doors to exit to the parking lot since there is no front parking.

Great hospitality and welcoming staff combined with superb value. This is a newer hotel that is ran much better than most chain properties. One suggestion for improvement would be some quality control on the continental breakfast but would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a newly built hotel/inn. I like the very well lit parking area. It’s super clean and once you check in, you can smell a very nice clean fragrance in all the rooms! Very well decorated, pleasing to the eye! Zen like! Sheets are very clean! I will definitely recommend it, worth the money! The front staff is nice and answers your questions. I also like that there is breakfast included during your stay. Overall, better than the expensive hotels in the area.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Free continental breakfast was lacking…very little selection.

The stay was excellent but the linen required additional cleaning. The duvet wasn't washed rather the bed was remade with the duvet, which had a slight odor. But then there wasn't anything bad to report. It was quiet and the room was relaxing.
