Great location, parking super easy. It was quiet over Easter weekend, but hotel was serving food so no issue (although we bought our own food from the supermarket instead). Room was huge and clean, and we like the small kitchen facilities and sofa area. I would say it's great value for money!
Only issue we had was that they charged our credit card upfront, together with a credit card surcharge, which meant that you had to pay the surcharge as they naturally only refund the deposit amount. It would have been ok if they had told us upfront, but unfortunately I had not checked my invoice upon checking in, which resulted in some queries back and forth. The issue was resolved in the end, and my own fault for not checking, so just wanted to highlight to others.

Very clean, nice food but room service coffee was cold. Spa was broken so was very disappointed as we chose the hotel only for the spa. Room key and phone didn't work.

I stayed in Bunbury hotel 4 times..Every time I stay there I loved it…excellent location, close to all major things, ocean view rooms, clean rooms & amazing service, thanks to the staff…highly recommended..

The hotel is in an excellent location, with direct access to the beach from the back door, and you can also walk to the Dolphin Discovery Center. The room is older. In addition to the new TV, other facilities need to be updated. I don’t think it’s a big problem if you’re passing through Banbury and staying one night.

Great staff very friendly. Only stayed one night but very nice beds and food at the restaurant.
