不吹不黑，房間裏面衞生不徹底，硬件也是整體偏老舊了，該升級改造了；當天離店的客人不給礦泉水，説是要額外加費用，作為旅遊城市的中高端酒店此做法，實在有點寒心，本身五一期間房價就不便宜，一瓶水能有幾個錢呢？？相比連鎖的亞朵全季的做法.....就不提了，硬件設施和服務設施都跟不上非常硬傷。
優點：
床墊床品乾淨應該更新及時，雖然不是零壓枕，也還好。
早餐豐盛，餐廳服務到位，比客房好多了。
總體：
節假日提高客單價同時也麻煩提升下服務細節吧。房間衞生，燈光昏暗，整體做下升級也提升下競爭力。

房間很大，前台給升級了套房，衞生還可以，但是酒店比較老，電視機不太好用，可以看到江景，總體比較滿意。
