"This is a new hotel, and I chose a chain because I expect a consistent standard. When checking in, I asked for a quiet room. The front desk kindly considered this and gave us a room further from the elevator, but she probably didn't realize that the room faced the street, which was incredibly noisy. They really need to upgrade the windows; being right next to the elevated highway, the noise is just too much. **Cleanliness:** The room cleanliness was good. However, the laundry room management was a bit chaotic. **Location:** The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. The only downside is that the room rates during the National Day holiday were absolutely outrageous. Even for a tourist city, a 5, 6, 7, or 8-fold price increase is just too exaggerated."

The front desk lady during checkout was also incredibly attentive and warm, which goes to show how excellent the front desk management is. When my elderly parents couldn't find their room after breakfast, the housekeeping lady patiently helped them out, and my parents mentioned she was smiling the whole time while resolving the problem."

"I've been to many hotels all around the world, some are much fancier than this one, but I never received a service better than the one here. Despite the language barriers, the receptionists were always warm and welcoming. When I wasn't feeling well, they took care of me personally, made sure I was having breakfast despite the breakfast time was over, helped me measure my body temperature and when I checked out they still remembered that I wasn't feeling well, asked if I was feeling better and offered me to contact them anytime during my trip. Thank you all, you're definitely the best!"
