It is recommended to give a price including two breakfasts online, which will attract more tourists. In addition, the waiter applied to add the tourists' WeChat and wanted the tourists to take photos of the ”bird waves”, which seems not very safe. Most photography enthusiasts don't like to give their photos to a stranger. Of course, if a stranger asks, it's embarrassing to refuse... So try not to ask people for photos~~ Just take a look and you own it. If you want photos, you can take them yourself~~

The front desk staff are polite and competent. The room is adequate and bathroom complete. Breakfast is OK.
Special Plus: there's a coffee machine at Reception. Special Negative: there are 6 steps between the entrance and the lift, and a few steps between the entrance and the road.

JJingle~~The hotel is very new, exceeding my expectations. First, the facilities: the bathroom and room layout are excellent, and the shower even has music playing. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, resulting in great taste. Considering this is a mountainous area, surrounded by forests and farmland, this is a rare convenience. My daughter ate a lot of taro, corn, and walnuts. Overall, it's great value for money, compared to another hotel I stayed at in a scenic area before. Oh, and because it's new, there was a slight odor, but they thoughtfully provided an air purifier in the room. The only drawback, perhaps due to labor costs, is that there are some uncleaned areas.

**Service:** The service was excellent, thoughtful and attentive. The front desk lady was very kind. This hotel didn't even raise its prices during the Chinese New Year, which I really appreciate. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time.

The staff at the front desk were warm and polite. There is free parking and convenient transportation. I went to the restaurant's buffet breakfast in the morning. There were many varieties, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was good. The service was considerate and meticulous. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. Recommended!

GGuest UserThis time I stayed in Fengshu Community in Tianqiaogou, and we were left with a great impression from the environment, health and service.
Surrounding environment: Picturesque, the window is opened to see the scenery, the window is full of red leaves, surrounded by mountains and rivers, the air is fresh, people feel relaxed and happy.
Room hygiene: Very clean and tidy! The rooms, bathrooms and various facilities are spotlessly cleaned.
Service attitude: The enthusiasm and efficiency of the staff exceeded our expectations. After checking out, we accidentally left the items in the room. After contacting customer service, they responded very quickly, were kind, and did not have a trace of impatience. They immediately helped find and actively coordinated the courier to send them back, which solved our urgent need.
Highly recommended to all friends who come to Tianqiaogou, this is definitely a treasure place to make the happiness of the journey multiplier! 🌹

Now I feel that the building is too big, the ABC seat is a bit blind; the bathroom is still old-fashioned fixed nozzle + bathtub, the nozzle water flow is not large enough, the bath is OK, the shower is a bit anxious; the TV is too small, matching the room; the restaurant is large, breakfast can be full; The waiter in the restaurant on the second floor was enthusiastic, patiently introduced the dishes and helped us deliver them to the room. On rainy days, I ate hot meals in the room and it was warm. In short, the price is quite high and very satisfactory.
