ZZhuxiyuanService: Excellent! There was a male staff member who was very enthusiastic and pleasant to talk to. The front desk attitude upon check-in was neutral, just normal, but upon check-out, the front desk staff was incredibly nice and even came out to give us a small souvenir.
Facilities: I went just before Chinese New Year, when it was at its coldest, but the air conditioning inside the room was very warm, not cold at all. I booked a side river view room, and the room was very spacious and roomy. The TV was also very clear, though many channels required a membership, but it was good for watching cartoons.
Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: The indoor environment was great. Parking was tight in front of the hotel, but there were still spots available. Also, the breakfast was excellent, with a rich variety of options, including a coffee machine and fresh salads. The kitchen could also prepare freshly cooked noodles and wontons, though the wontons were just okay.
Overall, I was very satisfied. This price is definitely great value for money.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel facilities are brand new, and the staff are incredibly nice. Even the cleaning aunties warmly welcome you back next time! The bedding in the room was really comfortable – I hadn't been sleeping well due to an illness, but I slept soundly here. Highly recommend! They even gave me a souvenir when I checked out, and the fridge magnet is so pretty. If I go to Dandong again, this will definitely be my first choice. ❤️

BBEER-LEThis stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel is elegant and spacious, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff, Xuefei, was incredibly helpful and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the amenities were excellent. It's an excellent value for money and highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again!

The room is not small, with a double bed and a single bed, which is enough for a family of three. The overall environment is clean, tidy, comfortable and sanitary, and the front desk is also very good. In short, I am very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel next time I come.

GGuest UserVery good five-star hotel, the Chinese restaurant is very good. The concierge service at the door needs to be improved. When checking in, there was no concierge, only a cleaning man in a white shirt talking on the phone, who I mistook for a concierge. When checking out, the front desk lady ran out to help me move my luggage to the car, but the concierge turned a blind eye. I asked why, and the answer was: I didn't help you because I saw you were a man. In fact, my son (a primary school student) carried a big box by himself. It's okay if you didn't help me, but why don't you help the child move the box? Besides, can the concierge decide whether to serve based on his own understanding?

GGuest UserStayed here for one night. The room was excellent and so were the staff. I had to point out my visa free stamp in my passport as it’s only a recent change that New Zealanders get 15 days visa free access to China so I imagine I was the first New Zealander to stay there.
Overall the place was great and I would recommend it to everyone. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent with plenty of choice.

GGuest UserTraveling during the May Day holiday, the hotel is clean and tidy, the service is warm, and snacks are given in the afternoon. The location is excellent and it is very close to the train station. I will choose here next time!

RRudyThe hotel is very close to the railway station, 10 min walk to the promenade, Broken Bridge and Piers, there’s a small park next to the hotel with dancing fountains and illuminated street at night ( looks wow!), easy to reach restaurants, stores and shops, where you can buy goods produced in DPRK. Before talking to the receptionist , better get ready your phone translator if you’re not fluent in Chinese, they didn’t seem very friendly and hospitable, the house keeping lady was more hello-hi and smiling, helped me to find the dashboard in my room to switch the lights:). By the way , the toilet surprised me with warm mode and some more functions you’ll check by yourself ( especially ladies:)). Breakfast….even for Chinese locals and hotel rating it looked poor and not delicious.Perhaps, it’s only my opinion, but I was disappointed and left the hotel restaurant half hungry.The hotel room is quite cozy and spacious, the mattress is not soft , but comfy for sleeping.Recommend it for short stay, 2-3 days, but for budget travelers, it’s not the option. Happy journey!

GGuest UserI saw online that this hotel was only about 100 meters from the station, so I booked it right away. True to its word, I arrived within five minutes of getting off the train. Check-in was on the 8th floor, and Emma at the front desk was incredibly nice. She gave me a detailed rundown of the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Below the 8th floor is a shopping mall with plenty of shopping and dining options, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby too. Perhaps because it was a holiday, there were a lot of cars, so parking wasn't very convenient. Other than that, everything else was great. Actually, parking is very convenient – there are staff right at the entrance; you just hand them your car and they'll park it for you. It's convenient for shopping, close to the river, and People's Coffee is just a short walk away.
