The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the train station, and close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this Orange Hotel again when I visit Dandong.

YuanyuangungundeyouziSeriously, this hotel has redefined what 'feeling at home' means to me. As someone who has stayed in countless five-star hotels, the service here is absolutely top-notch – from the front desk to housekeeping, every detail exudes genuine warmth and care, completely free from that cold, impersonal formality. The comfort of the room makes you never want to leave once you step inside; the bed, the lighting, everything is just perfect. I especially want to highlight the breakfast – it's of incredibly high quality! The ingredients are fresh, and the presentation is thoughtful, not your typical run-of-the-mill buffet. Every bite reveals the chef's dedication. The most heartwarming part was at checkout when the staff specially presented me with a freshly brewed coffee and a delicate little gift. This feeling of being remembered and appreciated is more valuable than any physical amenity. Just for that thoughtful gesture, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again the next time I visit this city.

We stopped in Dandong overnight during our trip and chose this hotel; overall, we were very satisfied. We booked a twin-bed suite, and the room was large with new facilities. We could see the newly built China-North Korea bridge right outside the window. The location is about a ten-minute drive from the Broken Bridge and also ten minutes from the highway exit, which was perfect for our trip. Plus, it wasn't crowded and noisy like the area near the Broken Bridge; it was very quiet, and we slept comfortably at night. The only thing was that the underfloor heating was a bit too warm, but it felt better after we turned on the AC for cooling. The front desk staff were all very warm and polite. Seeing that we had a child with us, they gave the child a Dandong refrigerator magnet. When we checked out, they even gave us candies and small souvenirs. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back to Dandong. It left us with a great impression of the people of Dandong!

This is a very nice hotel with free parking, a gym, and laundry facilities. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Xiao He, the front desk clerk, was proactive and reassuring. During check-out, the front desk was equally attentive and thorough. They quickly checked the bill to ensure it was correct, which only further enhanced my impression of this hotel.

hongyangyangBad review! Bad review! Bad review! 1. The front desk staff had an extremely poor attitude. I seriously doubt if this is a fake Atour Hotel. The front desk attendant gave me two cards but didn't inform me that one was for power and not the room key. When I went downstairs with the power card and couldn't get back up, I went to the front desk for help, but instead of an apology, I was met with blame, asking why I didn't look at the card, and their attitude was extremely rude. Another staff member even chimed in. This is the first time I've encountered such front desk staff. As an elderly person who travels frequently, I really can't understand why the front desk staff, who failed to provide proper information, were so self-righteous? 2. The room given by the front desk was next to a residential building, only about 2 meters away; it was too close. 3. The towels and other amenities were quite old; I recommend bringing your own towels.

Very good five-star hotel, the Chinese restaurant is very good. The concierge service at the door needs to be improved. When checking in, there was no concierge, only a cleaning man in a white shirt talking on the phone, who I mistook for a concierge. When checking out, the front desk lady ran out to help me move my luggage to the car, but the concierge turned a blind eye. I asked why, and the answer was: I didn't help you because I saw you were a man. In fact, my son (a primary school student) carried a big box by himself. It's okay if you didn't help me, but why don't you help the child move the box? Besides, can the concierge decide whether to serve based on his own understanding?

Guest UserThe room was very spacious, which was great since we had a child; we could push the two beds together. The bathroom has a bathtub, so you can bring a disposable tub liner for a bath.
The Starlight Hot Spring Bath ticket: The bathhouse was very good, and the scrubbing and milk bath service was excellent.
Suggestion: When a family of three checks in, it would be helpful to proactively provide an extra pair of slippers and toothbrushes. Currently, everything is set up for two people, and we had to call the front desk to request additional items, which was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is very close to the railway station, 10 min walk to the promenade, Broken Bridge and Piers, there’s a small park next to the hotel with dancing fountains and illuminated street at night ( looks wow!), easy to reach restaurants, stores and shops, where you can buy goods produced in DPRK. Before talking to the receptionist , better get ready your phone translator if you’re not fluent in Chinese, they didn’t seem very friendly and hospitable, the house keeping lady was more hello-hi and smiling, helped me to find the dashboard in my room to switch the lights:). By the way , the toilet surprised me with warm mode and some more functions you’ll check by yourself ( especially ladies:)). Breakfast….even for Chinese locals and hotel rating it looked poor and not delicious.Perhaps, it’s only my opinion, but I was disappointed and left the hotel restaurant half hungry. The hotel room is quite cozy and spacious, the mattress is not soft , but comfy for sleeping.Recommend it for short stay, 2-3 days, but for budget travelers, it’s not the option. Happy journey!

Traveling during the May Day holiday, the hotel is clean and tidy, the service is warm, and snacks are given in the afternoon. The location is excellent and it is very close to the train station. I will choose here next time!

Guest UserThe hotel gave me a room with great view on the 22nd floor. Reception staff didn't speak much English but they tried hard to help by using translation software when needed. Breakfast had a lot of choice; the Chinese breakfast options were more and actually better than Western options, but very worth it to get breakfast here. The location is very convenient, super close to the train station and just a couple of blocks away from the broken bridge; the location makes it also very convenient to get didi cars quickly. Cleaning staff were amazing as well and very attentive to details.
I asked for late check-out and they were very accommodating as well.
