This is a very nice hotel with free parking, a gym, and laundry facilities. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Xiao He, the front desk clerk, was proactive and reassuring. During check-out, the front desk was equally attentive and thorough. They quickly checked the bill to ensure it was correct, which only further enhanced my impression of this hotel.

It is a hotel that I always use. Clean and friendly as always. Breakfast is great too

We booked a river view family room, and the hotel service was very attentive. As soon as we parked the car, there were staff to help with our luggage. The staff at the front desk No. 030 immediately helped with the check-in procedures. We successfully checked into the river view room on the 4th floor, and thoughtfully gave us a piece of fruit and Yogurt, an unexpected surprise. The room is very big. There is a sofa by the window. You can enjoy the river view through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. This is the reason why we chose it. Although there was heavy rain this time and the upstream flood discharge caused a power outage in the hotel, they took emergency measures. It was very good. Staff were arranged on each floor to inform them about the power outage, and they also helped with lighting and went downstairs for breakfast. They also presented small cakes when checking out, which was a big thumbs up for their attentive service.

The overall stay experience is very satisfactory! As soon as I entered the room, I felt bright and refreshing, the hygiene was very meticulous, and all corners were cleaned up. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation is great, the night is very quiet, and the rest quality is very good. The front desk service is intimate and efficient, the procedures are very fast, and the communication is smooth if there is a problem. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to eat and go shopping. The overall price is online, the journey is very safe, and I will give priority to this hotel next time I come, I really recommend it!
