TTigerHouseIn conclusion, it's really good for the price here. Basically all the amenities you need are ready.
The bathroom is clean and toilet-style, so it is convenient for Koreans. The bed was good and the bedding was satisfactory.
The interior heating was good, so I visited in December, but I slept sweating. The location is right in front of the Yalu River Danqiao, so it is easy to go sightseeing and there are various restaurants from cheap restaurants to luxury restaurants around.
If you want to eat cheap and delicious, you can walk a little for 5 minutes instead of the riverside. If you go to the alley in the downtown area of Dandong Railway Station, there are many Korean restaurants run by Koreans.
Anyway, I am satisfied overall. I will come again next time!

GGuest UserThe room is very close to the broken bridge. You can see the broken bridge in front of the window. The opposite North Korea Sun Hotel is really good. Go to Tianfu Tang Rice, Xiaohei beef barbecue, Jinshan Park, Anti-US Aid Korea Memorial Hall, take a taxi for about 10 yuan, it is convenient to go anywhere. The two young ladies at the front desk are super nice, always greeted with smiles, responsive, and very comfortable. The only downside is that the water in the standard room is a bit unpleasant.

The weather on May 1st is still strong. There are mountains and waters around. It is very pleasant. The boss said that the maple leaves in autumn are better-looking. You can consider coming again in October.
The cabin has a complete range of indoor appliances. Water heaters, smart toilets, geothermal air conditioning, hand-made coffee and tea in the stove are very pleasant. Of course, outdoor camping inevitably has some emergencies, such as small bugs, bad nets, or broken electric curtains 😂 Normal heart ～ Since you choose camping, you can feel another life!
The only uncomfortable thing is from breakfast. The breakfast is delivered by the eldest sister. It is very good. Each breakfast is heavy and full. But the two of us can't eat too much. We asked for a bowl of porridge, two steamed buns and some pickles. The eldest sister said that there are salted duck eggs. I said yes, the eldest sister asked a few and I said if I could come two. When the eldest sister was going to get it for me, a fat little brother next to her pulled his face and said no, he could give one. At that time, I was particularly defeated. Our accommodation, the electric curtains are broken, the net is broken, and there are small bugs. We all endured it because a salted duck egg depends on the face of people. Please standardize your breakfast, okay! If you can have one and a half salted duck eggs, please print them out and stick them in a clear position instead of asking us on the spot. Finally, say you can give one.
If the boss wants to do service for a long time, he has to keep up. It is fun to spend money. It is not to see other people's faces!

The windows are single-pane which means the cold air blows into the room, which is especially an issue during the winter due to the proximity to the river. There is no conditioner in the shower stalls. Otherwise the rooms may be a bit small but otherwise a great value for the price.

GGuest UserThis must be the room the owner advertised. It's very convenient for families to go out. It's very close to the Broken Bridge of the Yalu River. Turn left, then right, and walk three minutes to the riverside square, across from North Korea. Then walk five minutes toward the Broken Bridge to the bridgehead. During peak tourist season, the price is relatively reasonable. And most importantly, there's private parking with a courtyard. When I went to the riverside at night and saw the crowded street parking at other hotels, I realized I made a great decision booking this hotel.

XXu pengjas_It is worthy of being a red city. I gained a lot from this trip to Dandong. Not only did I learn about the history of the older generation's fight against the US and aid Korea, but I also felt the real and most enthusiastic side of the people in the Northeast recently. The boss is very nice and takes good care of us outsiders. He introduced a lot of delicious and fun things to us and responded to our requests. The room was cleaned very quickly, the sound insulation is super good, and the sleep is very comfortable. I must stay at his house next time I come. It is worth my return.

XXuxingaxuxingThe hotel is right between the high-speed rail station and the Broken Bridge on the Yalu River, making it incredibly convenient for travel. While the decor and facilities are a bit dated, you can still sense the care and attention that went into its original construction. This spontaneous trip to Dandong was incredibly enjoyable. We saw the river and watched the sunrise, but the most memorable part was eating the seafood – it was absolutely fresh. It was my first time trying raw marinated seafood, and my family of three didn't feel any discomfort. I'll definitely try it again next time; it's still delicious. 😋 By the way, next time I come, I'll bring a small rice cooker, or buy one locally and steam it myself at the market – it's much more cost-effective!
