酒店環境臟亂差，酒店服務前台蠻橫霸道，欺負外地人長者，我們是提前預訂的，昨天晚上10點入住的，給我媽媽一個壞的門，手動開鎖，我們打開房門後，廁所排風壞的，水池漏水廁所漏尿，房間一股**臭味，我們立馬下去換房，前台不給換，説別人也沒法住，這不是自己知道沒法住強給我們嘛，前台態度惡劣的對我們説：你們可以換酒店，但是扣你們部分房費，10點多了，旅遊旺季，這點去哪定酒店呢，他們酒店問題還要扣我們錢，後邊還有空房就是不給我們安排，然後強安排了一個家庭房（沒人願意住的）房間有別人尿的尿，房間特別臟，頂子發黴了，這次入住讓我感受到了丹東貴和酒店的前台服務員簡直就是蠻橫不講理，全中國都沒有房間有問題不給顧客調換的酒店，這個酒店前台服務拉低了整個丹東人民素質，讓我們感覺這次旅遊體驗感極差，大部分是這個酒店的住宿影響旅遊心情，以後再也不來了，太差了

位置有點偏，但是停車方便，適合自駕旅遊的朋友們，距離抗美援朝紀念館十來分鐘車程，屋裡環境還可以吧，十一假期價格都貴的離譜，這家性價比比較高

估計平時一百塊也沒人住！十一居然漲價這麼多，旁邊是個海鮮酒店，一直有屍臭味！説它是酒店其實也就是過去招待所水平！一顆星差不多吧

前台挺好 很熱心 衞生太一般 剛去住床單都沒換 又找搞衞生的給換的 枕套也沒換 自己拿衣服鋪上了 衞生間衞生就不説了…… 牙刷還是用過的在那放着

後面如果是家庭出遊還請避坑吧。看到照片，看到説明是19年裝修，才選擇的，但是條件確實太差了，不像是新裝的。哪裡都臟臟的，連電梯按鈕都是包漿的，酒店前台就是八九十年代招待所的感覺。房間內部的衞生也很差，沒有配置好一次性用品不説，架子上還有別人用過的洗漱用品包裝袋。
