首先，停車方面：停車場根本不是評論區説的那麼大，去了以後沒地方停車！本來就是衝著這家酒店有停車場才訂的，結果在院裏轉了兩圈，最後勉強停在一個不是車位的過道處，完全找不到車位，全停滿了。淡季，不是節假日不是週末，沒停車位哦！為了停車方便來的要慎重選擇！
其次，硬件方面：房間裏設施比較老舊，屋子不常通風有一股味道。洗澡的花灑歲數也大了，出水很小瀝瀝拉拉的。兩部電梯衹開一部，等電梯的人太多了，我住在8樓，每次出去回來上樓都是個問題，要等好久！尤其2樓和3樓住的人特別多，真心擠不動這電梯。
第三，服務方面：服務是真的不好，0.5分都給多了，入住時前台兩個人邊吃邊聊天。第二天早上出門的時候，一名男服務員在大門口坡道上拿皮管子滋水玩兒，滋我眼鏡上都是水，跟他説了之後也不停下來，一副無所謂的態度！
第四，早餐：品種比較豐富，7點5分去的，人特別特別特別特別多！服務員比較着急，站桌子邊上看着你吃，就等你吃完最後一口，嗖一下就把盤子收走！
總結：真是一次失敗的選擇，是訂過的最差的酒店！

住了兩晚，在這開會，性價比很高，雖然設施設備沒有那麼現代。但床品住着很舒服，衞生也很好，早餐品種很豐富，主要是他家停車太方便了，好大個停車場🅿️，會場也很好

第二次入住，這次住了四天，服務員態度極其不好，臭個臉就不説了，多要了兩瓶礦泉水，還説讓我少喝點水，（歲數大的那女的，還跟別人嘟囔説一箱水又沒了，給我擺臉色，給我話聽）整整住了四天，換被罩就換了一次，基本第二天和第四天都沒有需要服務員打掃衞生。本來衝著停車方便，酒店品牌去的，沒想到服務這麼差勁。

在是一家比較有年份的酒店，服務人員都比較專業，是我喜歡選擇之一，傳承了北方人的熱情好客，令我回程的路上再次選擇入住，下次有機會來丹東市遊玩，還會選擇鴨綠江大廈的萬信至格酒店。
